We also routinely set up both wired and wireless networks in both office or residential environments. In addition, we are network cabling experts.

I am extremely impressed with this service. They were easy to reach (no phone tag), made an appointment for the following business day, called before arrival, showed up on time, fixed my problem (Outlook crashing) plus a couple of other issues, did everything in exactly one hour, and gave me 20% off for first time Unilocal customer! Ray was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and gladly consulted with me regarding fixed IP address, backup generator, and wifi range extension options. I feel like a got a lot of bang for my buck, and I will DEFINITELY use them again. I highly recommend this company.

We were having Wifi trouble at home on and off the past three weeks and had contacted our cable provider and the maker of our router and we had no luck getting things back up and running smoothly. This was especially troubling because we do a lot of business at home and we were losing time and patience not being able to access the internet.
Finally decided we needed extra help to get things resolved so I called Tech Trekkers. They had someone answer the phone immediately and connect me to the owner Ray. Less than 24 hours later they had a guy out to our home.
Paul was our technician and was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issues we had and getting the problems solved quickly. Above that he helped clean up some of the unneeded files on my computer to help things run faster.
I would highly recommend Tech Trekkers and will use their services in the future.

Tech Trekkers has been my go to IT company for 7 years now. The do all the IT work for my home computers and my business computers. My business is an online company and we live and die daily with our computers. Ray the owner and his associates have NEVER let us down. I would not use anyone else. Was looking for a good IT computer repair in Orange County to fix my WIFI and found Tech Trekkers on Unilocal.Called and spoke with Ray about an issue with my WIFI signal not covering my whole house. He and Paul came out in a matter of days — easy, no hassle scheduling; he didn’t give me a 4 hour window and expect me to sit around the house all day like some companies called Geek Squad, lol.
Next, he not only handled the WIFI issue, which now works perfectly, but he also dove into several miscellaneous issues like my DirecTV connection and fixed a wiring issue in my audio system.
Having them back out tomorrow for another minor issue. Nice to have finally found a local Orange County computer repair company that you can count on.

Believe all the 5-​star reviews. They are the real deal. I have used them 4 times now and they have been fantastic every time! Ray saved me a couple different times when a computer was going into full melt-​down. And Paul was a whiz at helping with upgrades and advice on how to network things, and go wireless, and what to buy. They visit you at your location to find out the problem, do a quick analysis and interview you to find out your needs. Then «they» take action to buy what’s needed, come back, unwrap it, plug it all in, test run it, get the bugs out, and then, make sure you are comfortable with the whole deal before leaving. Unreal? Nope…
And the best part is that they are «patient» and let you ask all sorts of dumb questions without making you feel dumb.
I don’t know how computers work and I don’t know what to buy, nor do I have the time to search around the computer store like an idiot, buying the wrong stuff.
And I don’t have the time to figure it all out.
These guys are GREAT!
I highly recommend!

The owner Ray was so easy to explain networking issue to and he fixed the appointment in a jiffy. Technician Paul called me 20 mins before arriving. Arrived on time. I had bunch of stuff wrong with home network. I couldn’t have gotten a better technician than Paul. Running up and down, testing everything, paying meticulous attention to every little detail, not leaving loose ends any where, literally, he fixed what I had struggled to fix for over a year on my own. Now I am blazing speed across the house with wired connections and additional Wi-​Fi connections. I recommend without any reservations. From every angle 5-​Star job. Also, Paul is a great person personally to be around and work with. Explained everything he was doing. Well Done guys!

At 10pm on a Tuesday, my laptop picked up an NSA virus right after I submitted a 10 page project for business school online. I gave up trying to fix it at 2am. I had 48 hours left to complete two final exams online and was in a panic. Immediately turned to Unilocal for help. I dropped my laptop off to Ray in the morning. I picked it up in the afternoon after work on the same day. I received their Unilocal discount and didn’t expect it — a plus. They even gave me better virus protection software — another plus. I recommend these guys for virus removal. Excellent and professional service. Good job guys. I am passing your info to my coworkers.

I would not have anyone else work on my computer and Tech Trekkers have worked on my computer for years. I have also purchased my new Dell through them which they installed as well as a back up system. A great group of people.

On 8÷10÷2012 Paul took care of my computer situations and even more when he helped me to understand in lingo I could get. Paul is a keeper! I knew you were a good company and yesterday validated it. The fee for the 1 ½ hours was so fair.
Recently refridg broke and it needed a new switch to start the compressor — mind you the tech was good –was here for about 20 minutes the cost $ 255.00

I’ve probably been using Tech Trekkers for 5 years. Have used three different technicians and each is great. But, I like to stick with the same person so Paul is my guy for the last year and he is outstanding. Fast, effecient, listens to the problem and then immediately takes care of things for you. Very clear with giving some help and making things very easy to understand. A pleasure to have come into my home office, too. (which might be just as important) It’s a YES!
