They did my loft over a year ago and everything was awesome. Considering an addition to my house and am wishing I new of a company that was as easy to work with as them.

Simply the BEST. From the first time we met TLC to the last day when the project was complete I knew we could not have made a better choice. Our project was more than a simple loft. We moved an entire staircase, added doorways, and put in a «loft» that covers close to 400 SqFt. Ben, Moris, and Juan are professional, knowledgable, and most important focused on the needs of the homeowner. I especially appreciated knowing each day what the plan was and not once did they not do what they said they would do. Inspectors told me they do the best workmanship and construct a product exceeding building requirements.
I will recommend TLC to anyone wanting to add a loft. I will actually miss having them over each day as throughout the 4 – 5 week project we got to know them very well. The office staff are also awesome.
Go for it — you will be glad you chose them.

We just recently had an addition done to our townhome by The LoftCrafters in December. We did it right before the holidays and while it made the project take a little longer to finalize, it was only due to the holiday break. They made the whole process go extremely smoothly. I was so happy with how nonobtrusive they made the project. I was still able to use the rest of my home and even hosted during the holiday. They are very professional and did their best in taking care of the rest of our home. I would highly recommend them.

The best loft company! After a full remodel on our house I am even more impressed by their professionalism. They were clean, finished early and on budget which is unheard of in this line of work. No change orders, no delays, and everyone we dealt with from beginning to end were exceptionally nice. I have 2 toddlers and they were cognizant of that and went above and beyond to make this comfortable for us as parents to little ones.

After having worked with Loftcrafters for the past 3 weeks and seeing the project from beginning to end, I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had working with a construction company.
They have perfected the process.
The entire job took only 3 weeks and they planned it out exactly (with some buffer) to meet that schedule.
Each milestone was completed on time, and I was provided the opportunity to see their work every step of the way.
Every single one of their employees completely understands the importance of customer service. They took the time and energy to explain the process, the details of the construction, and they addressed all of my questions and concerns.
They were very flexible when I asked for changes here and there.
They did not nickel and dime me — my contract included installation of a new ceiling fan in the new bedroom — I asked them to move an old ceiling fan from my family room to the new bedroom and to install the new ceiling fan in the family room; they did it at no extra charge.
The job supervisor (Juan) is tireless; he worked everyday from morning to late evening and still made time to discuss each and every upcoming milestone with me after hours. He always met me with smiles and respect.
There were a few minor issues with the construction along the way but they addressed every single issue that I voiced. Communication with this team was stress-​free. They never told me «no», or «we can’t do that». They always gave me positive and constructive feedback.
The only thing that they don’t do is paint and flooring, but they explain that on their website so expectations are clear from the beginning…
This company is an extremely well oiled machine.
If you need a new loft, go with the Loftcrafters. You will not be disappointed.

I am basing my review only on the conversation I had with Josh. We have a 1950’s ranch style home and looking to add square footage. Their speciality is to add square footage on 2 story homes.
Josh took time to give me tips on what to ask a contractor when adding square footage. Very patient, informative and honest advice. Although he knew that we wouldn’t get clients, he still took the time to answer my questions. Definitely give them a call.

Getting our home addition by The Loft Crafters was one of the most positive experiences I have had while doing construction on one of my homes. I enjoyed the start to finish process– from the dreaming process at the beginning to the end when the finishing nails were placed in the mouldings. All of the work crew were hard working, clean, courteous of my other 2 children living there, and Tom and Doug KNEW their stuff. The correct permits were pulled right on schedule as was the scheduling of the city inspectors. By the end, I felt like we were family-​you know, the «good» family that you look forward to seeing at holidays. The results were stunningly beautiful and done perfectly. When I overhear people talking about adding a room on to their home, I will stop wherever or whenever to tell them about TLC.

Five stars were the most I was allowed to give here. But I would have given more to the LoftCrafters crew. Guys, if you are looking at adding a loft or any extension to your home, stop ‘yelping’! Just call LoftCrafters right away and find out what perfection is about. I just added a loft to my house. I felt good after the first contact with them, and it only got better. Ben was so helpful listening to what I ‘kind of’ wanted and provided me with valuable advice. Their work was clean and flawless. Everything went according to schedule and they could not be more professional than they have been. Most important, the price was really affordable considering the high standard of the job done! Great company to work with!

We had TLC add a loft to increase the square footage to our home and we had them enclose another room. I have only positive things to say about this company. Every single person who works for TLC is super professional. Their tradesmen are outstanding. The quality of their work will really impress you. I highly recommend TLC to anyone who wants to add a loft. You will not be disappointed!!!

We added about 280 square feet of loft space above our living room which was originally a high ceiling design. We use this added loft for library and office space. We came across LoftCrafters through neighbor’s and friend’s referring.
We found them very professional and experienced the first time we met them in our house. They showed us in details what can be done and gave us options. Their pricing was very clearly spelled out upfront and their price was competitive compared to others. They were very clean during the whole process. (We have family members with very bad allergy to dusts and they, at our request, took extra steps to seal the working area as air tight as possible.). They were committed to getting the project finished according to what they stated upfront. It took them two weeks to finish the entire project. The project manager was very courteous and communicated with me on daily basis. I was also very impressed with the quality of their work and their service afterwards. BTW, they did not do flooring and painting. But it worked well for me since I knew companies specialized on these.
Overall they were very professional, clean and courteous. Their price was competitive and well communicated upfront. If I would do it again, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Excellent experience, I bid 5 companies and Loft Crafters was the most competitive. They came in, rolled down all the floor protection literally starting as I greeted their foreman at the door, followed by zipper walls. in the first 4 days, we were able to eat Christmas dinner under the new loft frame, and 5 days after that they were complete. 9 Days, 400 square foot added. Very clean, professional, competitive, and great craftsmanship. Permitting/​Inspections were perfect. They have lofts down to a science. Thanks again.

We used the LoftCrafters for the second time on our home and they did another amazing job. First, we added an office and walk in closet in our master bedroom a few years ago and they just finished adding a loft. Their work was clean, they completed all items as promised and were always accessible for any questions. They finished a few days early both times and I have recommended them to several neighbors. I have worked with both Doug & Ben and can’t say enough about their professionalism, friendliness and trustworthy employees. Their attention to detail and quality of work is important to every homeowner. I highly recommend the LoftCrafters and would definitely use them again in the future!

I had The LoftCrafters build an extra bedroom (not a loft) over my dining room. The entire process was extremely smooth. The project was on time, on budget and they took care of all the HOA and permitting. I would highly recommend them for any project.

It has been about 5 years since our loft was added to our home and we still can’t stop raving about TLC. From the first day they come to your home, they have a plan and will know exactly how to proceed with your addition. The first day the workers show up at your home still amazes me it was like watching a bunch of worker ants and everybody had a specific task. The workers were extremely clean and safe. They were led by a foreman who was knowledgeable and customer focused. The whole team from TLC is motivated and eager to give you a Quality remodel. TLC does not skimp on materials, they only use the best materials for your addition. I would not hesitate to call TLC again and I would refer TLC with confidence. Five years later and we are still thankful that we found TLC.

Amazing!!! Within 3 days we were standing in our loft. A few weeks later DONE! On time, clean, professional. Extremely happy with the entire process. Started just after thanksgiving and they were done before Christmas. As promised!!!

We wanted to convert our high ceiling living room to build a loft. I got estimates from many companies. This company was one of the best in terms of explaining what would happen during the process. The estimate was right in the range where I expected. It was itemized in great detail.
When we started the project, they assigned a project manager (Ben) who would call me everyday to explain what would happen that day — from framing all the way through to finishing and certification. This was the best experience ever. Thank you Ben! You are the best!
When there were things that were found during the project, they were upfront about the cost (very reasonable) and time to fix. The project finished right on time.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do a loft project.

I really can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Loft Crafters. If you are considering adding or expanding a loft, don’t even bother looking anywhere else. The process was incredibly smooth, their pricing was the lowest of the three quotes I received, and the loft expansion turned out better than I could have imagined. The two things that impressed me most about Loft Crafters were their incredible cleanliness and their great communication.
On the first day of construction, our HOA butted in because I did not have HOA approval for the loft expansion (long story… the HOA initially told me I did not need approval). The project was delayed a couple of weeks as a result (none of this was at all the fault of LoftCrafters). I’m sure this screwed up LoftCrafter’s schedule, but Morris and the team could not have been nicer about it or more accomodating. In fact, they were able to re-​start construction the day that I got official approval.
So, if you you are considering doing a loft addition/​expansion, here’s my advice:
1) Use LoftCrafters
2) Make 100% sure you have, or don’t need, HOA approval (otherwise, I promise the one guy on the board with no life will find you!)
3) LoftCrafters does not do flooring or paint, and they advise you to line up your paint/​flooring people to start right after the projected completion date. The project will be finished when they say it will, so folllow this advice.
Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor, at a very competitive price.

I had TLC Inc do a room addition in 2012. They are TOP NOTCH total professionals, hard working and honest. They start on time keep their word and put out a beautiful product and yes they even finished early. The entire staff was amazing. They had great prep and cleaned up really well daily. They were always on time every morning. No excuses, just organized and professional. Morris was always on point to answer a question before we could even ask. I WISH I could use TLC for all my construction needs.
