History
Established in 2008.
It started in a corporate cafeteria when Roscoe was promoted to Chef/Manager.
It was during these years he learned hundreds of recipes and gained food management skills that allowed him to deliver quality food and services in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The Chef left the corporate cafeteria and began working in restaurants where he furthered his culinary acumen. After several years of working in other folks kitchen, Chef Roscoe decided to strike out on his own and the rest is history!
Roscoe firmly believes that smiling and having a positive attitude not only makes his day better but allows him to meet each client’s expectations. He loves what he does and it shows in his food!

Hi, my name is Roscoe Coleman
I am a self taught chef. This industry constantly exposes new ways to prepare a great experience. I am always excited when I learn a new technique or ingredient that I’m not familiar with. I am always looking for ways to improve my abilities and client experience. I want my clients to get more from choosing of our services.
I have learned through my experience that the more you give, much more will be returned.
