History

Established in 2004.

Stephanie Gray Massage opened in 2004 offering lymphatic massage, swedish massage, energy healing, and reflexology. After volunteering for Hospice for several years, Stephanie Gray began an in depth study of oncology massage. While maintaining services for anyone undergoing treatment and recovery for any type of cancer, Stephanie began specializing in breast cancer rehabilitation and breast health education.

Stephanie Gray is now a Reiki Master and Certified Lymphedema Therapist providing swedish massage, myofascial release, aromatherapy, reflexology, breast massage, energy healing, education on self lymphatic drainage, self breast massage and breast health.

Business Owner

Stephanie Gray is a N.Y.S. Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist specializing in pre– and post– operative mastectomy therapy and lymphatic drainage. She is a graduate of The Finger Lakes School of Massage and has maintained a private practice in downtown Ithaca since 2004.

Stephanie also has an extensive background with the ocean, having spent 5 years at sea working as a U.S. Merchant Mariner. She holds a USCG 100 ton Masters License, and on weekends captains the Haendel for Tiohero Tours at Ithaca’s Farmers Market. Stephanie studied sculpture and painting at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA.
