Literally the worst service ever. Making an appointment is worthless. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room that is overflowing with people for 2 hours past your appointment

Customer service is crap, but the technicians working in the back are polite. The medical assistants are careless about the clients. They give wrong information and not enough! They’re late with my CD for my CT scan, and never sent it to my orthodontist as they said they would! Irresponsible.

Terrible place. Please don’t come here.
There was a really rude employee (at the time she was one of the front desk employees and was the person handling photocopies and checks the completed form). She just had a frown on her face and looks like she does not want anyone to talk to her.
The worst thing about this place is that they are so unorganized and the employees don’t communicate with their clients. You’d have no idea where to wait or what to wait for.
ALSO, even if you set up an appointment with them in advance, you’d still have to wait MORE THAN 2 hours.
Please don’t come here. It’s not worth it.

I called this place because my dr referred me for ultra sound for my abdominal and pelvic. First of all ladies who are working In The front desk is so rude. I called for changed app but she hold me for 18 min and disappear for ever. After 18 min another girl pick up the phone and asked me how can I help you? I told her some one keep me for hold R u the same persons? She said no… So I had to repeat same story and finally she gave me app for following week. They asked me to come empty stomach so I been there on time. Unfortunately I lost one of my referral so I explain her but she said she needs that otherwise they can’t take me. And also she told me I have to call to my dr myself. I asked her can you do me a favor n call from here would be faster. After she got referral she asked me to drink 4 –5 glasses water so I started drinking abt 2 glasses but another girl came to me and told stop drinking I got confused. And also my co-​payment is clearly written in my insurance card is $ 40 but she asked me $ 90. When I asked her why she said she search in Internet. But I wanted to get out from this place so I didn’t discuses more about so I paid them and wait for another hour finally they took me inside. Abt 3 hr I was out from this place… Some Girls in the front desk are not professional. They enjoy chatting each other then taking care patients.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. This is like a cattle ranch. No organization whatsoever. Herding patients to different places so they can wait more. Why bother accepting appointments? Might as well go to a public hospital.

PROS: Front desk staff are efficient and polite.
Staff keep the patients moving but it is still very crowded
CONS: Not enough changing rooms. Ultrasound tech (Very old, blond, short, Russian lady) is obnoxious, insulting, VERY SLOW and MEAN.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOSHI AGAIN!!! I never imagined it could be possible, but this location is EVEN WORSE than the horrible Doshi in Flushing near Parsons Blvd!!!

First off When calling to make my appointment, I gave them my insurance information just to make sure I’ll be cover for my visit (which I was), and to shorten the process time since I was a new patient at this facility.
When I went in for my appointment, after filling out the papers for new patients the woman at the desk asked me my for my insurance information (which I didn’t have on me that day). The staff here are pretty young and yes, they do come with an ATTITUDE. I explain to the young lady that my insurance information should already be in the system from when I called to make my appointment and told them. (I’ve done in the past with other health facilities and they always keep my insurance information, like I said before, to shorten my wait time). I do take fault for not having my insurance information on hand though.
The woman told me that they didn’t have my information and that I should give them a call and get the information. BOY O BOY (I for sure don’t like dealing with these situations)
Long story short, I spent about 3 hours in their offices all together, it took me about 20 – 30 minutes to deal with the insurance issue, but the wait time and processing time was unbelievable. Never again will I choose to come back here.
Only reason they receive a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the staff in the back are wonderful, the man who administer my x-​Rays move fast and efficient and was welcoming.

This place is horrible. 90% of the people who work here are rude and argumentative. The wait is SO long. You have an appointment??? No one cares. Avoid this place at all costs.

I saw all the bad reviews and was scared. So I contacted the facility ahead of time. My concerns were I can’t sit for prolonged periods nor stand.
I don’t want to list names, just in case, but the woman I talked to, Miss L, was extremely appreciative and accommodating. There was even an issue with my health insurance and previous miscommunications between myself and my doctor’s office that she helped rectify before my appointment.
When I arrived, I felt like the staff was aware of my presence and made me feel comfortable, even pulling out a cot for me after I was experiencing some pain from sitting awhile.
Out of all the craziness I had to deal with prior to this visit, with health care issues that had zero to do with Doshi, this visit today was so refreshing and made me happy.
The technician was stern, but very helpful and informative.
The receptionists were helpful.
So, I know there are bad days and craziness with healthcare these days, but today was a good day.

I ve been waiting for one and half hour already. Ask them why so long and told me I got the wrong doctor report.((well, I got the blood report and that’s what they needed. how am I supposed to know what they need)). As I am waiting I can see a lot of people coming in making waiting area very crowded.

First of All,
There are lots divas working here, asking questions is like disturbing them check on their hair and nails

I came here for a X-​ray, they said no appointment needed but I wait for almost hour and half

All the reviews are correct, no customer service at all, and they don’t care!!!
Avoid this place if possible
Bring ur phone charger cause u will have low batteries since the wait time is forever…

I am upset that I must give them one star because honestly they don’t deserve half of one. In this location they accept walk ins and squeeze them in with appointments. I’m currently still waiting with my grandma and her appointment was at 9:10am. This is absurd I will most definitely make sure my grandmas next appointment isn’t located here again. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this play by all MEANS!

A truly horrible experience! I’ve been here two times and never again. The place is outrageously crowded and management clearly overbooks all appointments. The wait this time was almost two hours for a 15 minute procedure. The waiting room is packed, the staff is numb to rude and the place looks really worn around the edges (dirty). Don’t say you weren’t warned; go at your own risk. They should lose their license. One young man at the desk was especially confrontational and should be dismissed immediately. Does not even deserve one star but I had no choice.

I waited approximately 2.5 hours for a procedure that took less than 5 minutes to do, even including a discussion with the doctor describing the reason why I was there for the procedure.
The crowd waiting for a CT Scan/​X-​ray was incredibly large. I’m sure they double/​triple book each 15 minute interval causing the massive backup and wait time.
Doctor/​Technician: 3.5 Stars
The only saving grace is the doctor/​technician who handled my procedure. Mostly professional and told me exactly what I needed to do, and quickly did everything he needed to do on his end.
The main issue I had with him is questioning why I changed my name all of a sudden (more on that in the next section)

Why I am even giving theme a half star is beyond me.
I had spoken with them 3 times over the phone to setup my appointment and given them my authorization number. 2 of the 3 times I specified the spelling of my name and not once did they change it. The majority of my last name was spelled wrong.
I arrived at the office 15 minutes early for my appointment and filled in the paperwork correcting my name, which they never changed. I mentioned it to them and they stated they would correct it. When the doctor arrives misstating my name, I noticed it was still misspelled.
To me, it seems they don’t want to to the work, and/​or don’t have a full understanding of the English language. How difficult is it to spell a persons last name when when tell you the spelling of it? Not to mention I have never seen someone confuse the pronunciation of an «o» with an «a.»
Overall: 1.5 Stars
I am only giving this high a rating because there is at least some competence in this office.
Overall the staff is rather unhelpful.
They overbook to cram in more customers and extend wait times.
They have no handle on the behavior of customers or their children (one parent let their child walk around screaming for a good 5 – 10 minutes without anyone saying a word).
No matter where you go you should never have to wait more than 1 hour for a procedure, unless there is an emergency. Waiting for that long is plainly disgraceful, but it is all too common in this neighborhood.

Customer service is horrible, unprofessional and rude. But that wouldn’t have been that bad if it wasn’t for the 4 ½ hours that I waited there. Went in at 5:45pm and left at 10:15pm. Unreal. I wasn’t the only person either, we were about 6 people, they have no regards for your time whatsoever. I never had any issues with Doshi on the Upper East Side but unfortunately they closed that location. Stay away from this evil place if possible!

Been waiting 3 hours for my MRI. Would walk out if i didnt need this text done now. When i asked why the long wait the rude staff all but ignored me and said there is only one more person ahead of me. So its 330pm and havent ate since yesterday, thanks Doshi.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I scheduled an abdominal sonogram two weeks in advance. This exam requires fasting, so I was already a bit hungry when I arrived. I asked how long the wait was, and the person at the front desk said about an hour. I had my newborn with me as well, who would be soon waking up wanting to eat. After waiting an hour, I asked how much longer the wait was. The girl went to the back to check, and took about ten minutes before coming back. She told me there were two people in front of me. I waited another HOUR after that before giving up. This is not a free clinic, we’re paying for service. I waited less at the clinic when I was pregnant. This place is horrible, and the staff there doesn’t care. I’ve been to them before, and they just seem to be getting worse every year. There are many other radiology centers; AVOID this one at all cost! If you must come to this one, make sure to set aside five hours of your life to sit in an uncomfortable chair and wait.

This place is ridiculous! We were waiting for over an hour for a 15 minute procedure and the staff kept telling us we were the next patient, when we weren’t. I overheard them mentioning they misplaced my paperwork, only after I had to inquire several times about my procedure. What’s the point of even having an appointment, if it really doesn’t matter as they book everyone to come and just wait! We ended up waiting in THREE different patient waiting rooms, all filled to the max with people waiting (many of them were even sleeping from the long waits). Our appointment was early morning, but that didn’t help as every seat was filled with someone waiting. This place is not at all patient friendly and not worth going to waste your time.

the waits are way too long even if you come in early morning. I prefer the last appointments because you are seen quicker. the staff is great and helpful.
