When you want the best, go here. I’ve been eating here for more years than I can remember and the food is always great. Plus it’s family-​owned and the people are awesome. Best pizza in JP.

Ideal is the best pizza delivery in JP hands down. I walked past it for years without noticing it, the store front is nothing to look at. But the food is super on point home-​cooked-​with-​love ish. The pizza is heartier and thicker than most of the fancy thin crust offerings in the area and the toppings are plentiful and good.
If you’re a chicken finger person, good god, ORDER THEM RIGHT NOW! Now! I demand it.
Also they are the only JP delivery place, of ANY genre, that has taken the time to find my driveway, park in my driveway, and actually bring my food to my door. This combined with being friendly, having never ONCE messed up an order, and always consistent and good food makes them the biggest sleeper hit of our neighborhood. In fact it took me 2 years to write this review because it feels like my little secret! But secret no more: support these guys. Down with yuppie pizza!!!

For pizza pickup, this place is tops. Hubbs loves the calzones. They are so nice! The best pizza sauce!
Pro tip: they will sell you pizza dough and pizza sauce for make-​at-​home pizzas at basically the same price you’d get at a grocery store. And they pack it with so much love :)

So far I will give this place 5 stars, the wing ding dinner was pretty good we also got a steak and cheese which was delicious !
And to top it off delivery was pretty quick food was still nice and warm when it got here. Oh but wait cheesecake was lord yummy yummy!

The name is what got me in the door when I didn’t know where I wanted to eat, haha. Ordered a great, great Steak Bomb and got a tip from the staff to add salami (great call).
Immediately felt like I was included in a group of friends having fun — had a blast shooting it around with the staff for a few minutes while relaxing with a grape soda for my late dinner. All in all, one of my best restaurant experiences in Boston.

The best place to get a couple of slices any day of the week. I highly recommend one of their flavor chicken tenders basket with waffle fries. trust me, they are the best! Recently I ordered the jalapeño poppers from them, and it was the first time I’ve had those and it’s delicious. I enjoy going there to hang for an hour talking with the employees, they’re cool. Ideals is a great spot to chill with people and grab a bite plus the prices are fair and not expensive. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I just had the most disappointing meal from this place ever. We ordered a couple of sandwich specials with chips and drinks… got two sandwiches and one drink. When we told the guy we had another drink and two bags of chips he asked, «do you want me to come back or do you want the money for it?» Well, probably if I didn’t want the chips and drink, I wouldn’t have ordered it.
Needless to say, he came back with the chips and didn’t say a word.
The sandwiches weren’t great either. No good.

First time ordering from here. Got a pizza delivered. Ordered a large salami, green pepper, and onion. Pizza is a pan pizza similar to bar pizzas but bigger. Tastes like a pizza, looks like a pizza. Like that the veggies are thinly sliced but would have liked more layering of the salami and more sauce. Overall, decent delivery.

So I initially gave this place a great review and at work this is our go to safe spot. But latley they have been messing up our orders and it is the most annoying thing. I called for a spicy chicken sandwhich. The guy asks me if i want buffalo chicken i say yes. So what do they bring me, a crappy reg chicken sandwhich and teriake (sp) sause and buffalo sause because they couldnt remember my order. Guess it wasnt important enought to call that they just decided to send what ever. i dont want to pour buffalo sause on my sandwhich and it doesnt even taste good. Guess the onlt thing thats safe now is to say im done with them. I will not be giving them my buiness anymore.

The friendliest place I’ve ever been in JP. I had no idea they were going to treat me like a long lost relative haha. Also they got my order done exactly right and really quick. Definitely going to try some of their other options soon. The garden salad and chicken wings were exactly on point :)

This 5 star review is only for the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I have not tried anything else on the menu and have not wanted to either. This sandwich is perfect the chicken and sauce are great and they even toast the bread for you which makes it amazing. You can put whatever toppings you want on but I always put lettuce, onions, pickles, and bleu cheese and it never fails to make me happy. Plus the guys that work here are always friendly. It’s just a great place.

Their food is fantastic and they have a wide selection. The shop itself is a cozy little spot and it’s very conveniently located. The best part, however, is the friendly and welcoming staff. Every time I travel to Boston I make it a point to stop by and get a steak and cheese.

Really good! Its my go to place. Not far from where I live. The building itself is under construction but they are still open. I love the staff that works there. Their greek salads are packaged, but the ingredients are fresh. I got one of their italian subs the other day. Loved it. Its a small place, so its well known for its take out and delivery. I used to go there a long time ago, maybe a decade ago, and they weren’t as good. I don’t know it if was under a different management, but this new team cares about the service and the food and the prices are cheaper than anything else in the neighborhood.

Pizza is OK. Love their buffalo wings!
Delivery can be hit or miss. We have had to wait almost an hour a couple of times due to drivers getting lost (and we live close by).
5 star ratings for the wings; minus 1 star for delivery issues.
