This guy has been making tofu, tempeh, and I think wine in a small space in the Brewery Complex in JP for quite a few years. The tofu he makes is my FAVORITE of all time — great taste and texture. I’ve been buying it for close to 15 years now. Usually I buy it at City Feed And Supply or Harvest Coop, but lately he’s been selling directly from his facility during the Egleston Farmers Market on Saturdays (the current farmers market location as of summer 2015 is right in front of his facility).
