This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the universe even better then the one on Pluto. I can’t tell you how awesome that they are, they know my order before I even get to the place. I think that they have psychics on staff. You guys rock.

I’ve never had any problems at this location, they’ve always been clean and the staff has always been polite. In the morning they usually have long lines and it gets pretty cramped inside, there also aren’t many seats. It’s still good quality as far as Dunkin Donuts go.

This is my local Dunkin, and I drink a TON of coffee… so I am here a lot. The actual product is the same as any other Dunkin The service is horrible, have to repeat yourself a number of times every single time… and they still manage to get it wrong half the time. All while being rude and giving a horrible attitude. I have only purchased a non-coffee item once, and have no plans on doing it again as they messed up entirely and gave me a struggle the whole way. They ignore the outdoor window as well.

The manager can’t speak English so when I tell her to explain how to use the perks online app she can’t. She keeps barking at me, «barcode barcode.» Then tells ME, the customer, to listen. I can’t understand your poor English so it’s no use to listen. Point to the phone and show me where to click! What an unprofessional and incompetent manager. I’m not surprised this location has low ratings. Time to go to another spot for coffee.

I LOVE the over night worker dude. I wish they paid more attention to their little side window because whenever I go with my dog, I have to wait a while to make my order.

This place is a mess! They don’t listen to u when u order, after they make mistake they gave u attitude and making faces to say: why don’t you say something before, what a joke! The worker sneeze while she making my coffee … I didn’t even bother to drink just throw in the garbage … I notice that their floor and table is always dirty. The only reason I will go there is when I can’t get any Starbucks closer to me and I need coffee badly …

I ordered 2 frozen coffees, and they both tasted spoiled!!! I don’t know if it was the milk or the whipped cream but it was really nasty. Also, everytime I order donuts there they are always stale no matter the time of day. spoiled milk and staled donuts are a horrible combination.

It seems almost all Dunkin Donuts are owned by Bangladesi s :). I have seen some communication issues here with the customers but nevertheless, am going with 3 stars for their friendly attitude. I have always been received with a friendly smile from the person behind the counter except the lady owner who seems to be the grumpiest person in the entire store! I only get Iced tea from Dunkin and so will not be able to comment on the quality of donuts!

They always have burnt coffee, stale baked goods but a warm smile despite the fact that they know they are serving crap. Why are all NYC Dunkin Donuts joint owned by Bangladeshis? Ugh … I miss the real Dunkin Donuts in Boston.

Now who doesn’t have a donut/muffin and coffee craving? Mind you I am talking about coffee and donuts even at dinner time. Yes I have to admit I have done it on a bunch of occasions, mostly because of being on short of time and it tastes so good. Though I am not a big coffee person, Dunkin Donuts has really good coffee that hits the spot especially during the colder chillier days. I am also a big fan of their fruit drinks, particularly the berry flavored Coolata. Their old fashioned glazed donuts and sugar powdered jelly donuts are always reliably delicious and filling. They also have bagel sandwiches, mini pizzas, and other heartier food fare for those craving more than just donuts and pastries. There must be over a dozen of other hot and ice coffees and drinks on the menu. I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts over the past few years and have always received good service and friendly smiles from the staff behind the counter. Stopping by here is a great way to start the day, but for me, it’s the evening after work.
