It’s the worst. Ordered hash brown, they were frozen. They didn’t bother to heat it up. The store lacks a lot. Know nothing about customer service.

The dark roast coffee is so weak it like drinking regular coffee they put yo much water in the pot when making a pot of coffee I like very strong coffee so of the work is some time are nice.

Located right outside the Jamaica-​Van Wyck Train Station and open 24 hours is a major plus. Unfortunately, Slick Susy thought I didn’t see her pour me the last of the burnt coffee in the pot, which wasn’t so tasty. Her doughnut selection was paltry, but at least she was eager to serve and did so with a smile. Next time I’m getting a fresh cup!
