JPR Builders 07, Inc. is a remodeling minority, woman owned business serving the NY Metropolitan Area. We cater to both Homeowners and General Contractors alike, with the same quality service regardless of the project size. Pauline Charles-​Ajim C.

Business Owner

President & CEO of JPR Builders 07, Inc., worked for the NYPD from 2003 to 2011 while simultaneously running the day to day operations of JPR Builders from 2007 to present. I left that position as a Traffic Supervisor to join Grant Thornton, LLP from 2011 to 2013. I gained the necessary talents and left as an experienced auditor to solely concentrate on JPR Builders. Though each profession seems different, I pride myself for the gained knowledge and transfers the consistencies of clear communication, attention to details, honesty and integrity to all my clients served. I have set JPR up with all the necessary tools for success with a construction team of 10+ years of construction experience; all the necessary insurances — search us up on the Department of Buildings (DoB); a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License; and a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification for tax discounts should you set aside funds for helping such companies.
