This establishment gave me the worst cramps throughout the night. Pizza was at best average, service was slow and very forgetful, oh, and did I mention they forgot the poppers in our meal for my buddy Doug. Absolutely absurd, would never eat dinner or take anybody that I care about to this restaurant.

Very disappointed. Did not live up to hype of the locals. Poor service and food. Did not put our appetizers in on time so to compensate, they held back our cooked pizzas while the appetizers cooked. When they delivered our appetizers they forgot the Jalapeño poppers. Not too long after, our waitress brought out 6 warmed jalapeños with mozzarella cheese sprinkled over them. Gross. Those are not poppers. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Best Turtle Soup I have ever had. Hearts and Livers are fantastic. Fried chicken is Top 3 for sure!!! Great people!

Well I missed out on getting something to eat but had a $ 2.75(!) goblet of beer and some good laughs with the local crowd and staff in the place. Had a lot of fun for only being there 20 minutes or so but it really raised my spirits. Locals place thru and thru and it’s all good with me.

Giant ice cold schooners of beer and some of the best cheese burgers around make this place a must stop for me if I’m remotely in the area! The cheese burgers are by no means fancy but they are simple and delicious just the way a good hole in the wall bar cheese burger should be. I love when draft beer comes out with ice forming on the top of it and that’s exactly what you will find here and it’s what keeps me coming back because nothing washes down a tasty burger quite like a super cold frosty beer in a giant goblet the size of your head :) If you love a good small town bar that the locals frequent this is your place!

Superior fried chicken and excellent salad bar. Best fried Chicken livers I’ve ever had. Beer is always cold-quite a few varieties on tap.
