I went here on the spur of the moment. This isn’t my usual place to go. It’s nice and clean enough when you walk in and everyone seems nice. I asked how much a pedicure was and was quoted $ 23. Ok fine that’s not bad. I go to get the pedicure and the lady was training someone. They kept talking in their language which is completely rude. I’ll admit that I didn’t have a chance to shave again but it was just a little stubble and I wasn’t wolfing. When I rolled up my pant legs she made a face of disgust and continued talking to the girl she was training. It was obvious they were talking about me because she kept nodding over at me. She kept complaining to me that she had to work too hard because I had a lot of dead skin. I’ll admit it’s been a little while since my last pedicure but not that long and my feet weren’t that bad. When she finished I was charged $ 28 and not $ 23 and there was still dead skin on my feet so obviously she didn’t work that hard. When I came home I got the rest off in less than 3 minutes. I gave it 2 stars because the atmosphere was pleasant and clean. I won’t be back here however.

I can’t believe all the negative reviews! Any time I have my nails done there which is every other week, they always do a great job! It is clean and the people who work there are friendly. I love this place!

The manicurists here are amazing! My daughter and I love going here. This has been our nail spot for 4 years. Very clean and great service. The customer service is great and we always leave satisfied. Can get a little pricey, especially if you want designs on your nails, but honestly its worth the money. I highly recommend this salon. Its not one of those salons where the manicurists are speaking whatever language and you’re sitting there all quiet and stuff. The girls all talk to you and its refreshing.

I have been going here since the day they opened. I have to say there have fine down hill! The person that does my pink and white, does a GREAT job!!! And only one other is good. Everyone else is hot nor miss. They really rush when doing pedi’s. And they need to all to brush up in their designs in nails. They say they know what design you want and they it looks so bad. So sad to see a place go down hill!

First and probably last time. It was close to home my other place was full so I thought I would give it a try. It was the most disappointing manicure I ever got. Looked like my 3 year d cousin painted my nails. Sloppy mess and when I told them I wasn’t happy they said it looks great, it’s your nails… excuse me??? I have gotten nails done at other places and they always ppl great. Another lady re/​did them, it was better but it’s amateur hour over here. They aren’t neat– nails don’t look fresh from a salon. Then the drying station was tiny and definitely hadn’t been cleaned. Felt like I was holding my hands on a greasy dusty surface… yuck. Wouldn’t recommend

Like other reviewers I find the service is inconsistent depending on who you get. You will be happiest if you make an appointment with your favorite. On a walk-​in you are rolling the dice. Mani/​Pedi is good. Pink and White and acrylic also good. Gel — not so much. They seem to use a cheaper polish that doesn’t last long. I had one really bad eyebrow wax and go elsewhere for that. I am most happy with the mani/​pedi service. Service is friendly and professional. The shop is clean and comfortable, but prices are a notch higher than other comparable salons.

I would have to say that Rockledge Nail Salon is hit or miss. My manicures and pedicures have generally been good… but the waxing can be problematic if you get one of their more inexperienced girls.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years. Within the past year or so I feel like they’re work ethic has gotten worse. They knew I was getting married and I almost made an appointment at another salon because of how dissatisfied I’ve been with my recent manicures, but I decided it against that and came to Rockledge nails. I made appointments the week before giving them an idea of what everyone was getting. They could not have been more rude. At one point one of my bridesmaids told them she wasn’t happy with her services and the guy said «you’re all leaving at the same time what does it matter if you wait» and then another one said she wasn’t pleased with her manicure and they refused to fix it! Finally a friend got a gel manicure and it has entirely peeled off in less than a week! I will not be
Going back to this salon and will not recommend it to ANYONE. If I could leave no stars, I would.

I did not enjoy my experience today. I was told $ 25 for a gel manicure, but was then charged $ 30. When asked why, I was told that it was because they had to take my other polish off. I pointed the price sign to show the man that there is no mention of a «take off» fee. He said that he doesn’t deal with pricing, but that I should always assume that there will be a $ 5 fee to take off polish. Ridiculous!
So I called to speak to a manager. I received the same excuses. I asked her why it wasn’t on the sign and she said because it is a «new» service and they haven’t had a chance to put it up. They have been doing gel polish for at least a year… She also went on about how much work is involved in taking off the polish. That is all well and good, but put it on your price list and don’t tell your customers $ 25 and then charge $ 30!
That just cost them a customer.

It may look nice, BUT LEAVE!
I am extremely picky about my eyebrows, so it would not be fair to mention how horrible they are at arching eyebrows and getting the wax off of your skin. But I can mention that they are so slow and dumb there. I don’t know how you forget to put a top coat on the nails and how you just miss one side completely. It is overpriced and horrible.
Seriously, there are so many other places to go. Don’t go here.
