Absolutely my favorite pet groomer! I’m a regular at Katie’s now after switching from the cold, corporate Petco groomers that overcharge for below average service. My dog Roscoe enjoys the switch and is extremely comfortable around the crew at KPG! Mom & pop shops are where it’s at for pampering my special guy and trust us, you will LOVE it here. Don’t forget to ask for the anal squeeze (done with care). You will never look back after 1 trip to Katie’s Pet Grooming!!! Guaranteed.

We bring Rosie here for grooming every 8 weeks and we have been nothing but excited about our results. Never have any trouble getting an appointment, very reasonable pricing, the family that runs this place is so fun and professional, best of all they take their time to treat everyone with respect and every dog with love. I’ll never go back to petco and petsmart for grooming ever agin.

Katies pet grooming is the best grooming experience I’ve found out there. My dog Kiki is a little hard to deal with and have had problems with her at big name groomers. The first time I took Kiki there it was like a dream she warmed up to Katie immediately, she must be some kind of dog whisper. The grooming was perfect Kiki looked and smelled better then ever! Extremely friendly service, top notch grooming, and best prices around have made me a customer for life. Highly recommended as I tell all family and friends Katies pet grooming is the only option!

I got my dog from a rescue she was horribly matted, she wouldn’t let us touch her tail because of the condition it was in. Katie took her as soon as I walked her in, she was a brand new dog when she left, years of mats were gone. The most important thing is that Molly was comfortable with her and she was great with her. I happened to get there a little before they finished and I loved how they were interacting.
She’s more affordable and easier to schedule with than a lot of places. I plan on using Katie for both of my dogs in the future.

Katie does an excellent job on my dog every time I take her in. My dog, Boozer, is actually excited to go to the groomer! He gets happy as soon as he realizes where we are. I would recommend Katie’s Pet Grooming to anyone who wants great service, a great cut, and great prices.

I recently took my dog to Katie and Drew to be groomed since it has been awhile since he last had a good pampering. The whole experience was great and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They were very professional, especially with the customer service and pricing. Would highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pet’s appearance and well-​being in the hands of professionals.

Katie is the greatest animal groomer around, my dogs love her and her prices are reasonable. She provides wonderful service and we highly recommend her.

Our outdoor cat finally decided to live with us so the first order of business, (after the vet) was to have her groomed. She had horrible mats all over her coat. I called here to make an appointment, Drew called me back promptly. He explained their prices for cutting out matts and for giving her a lion’s cut. My husband wound up paying twenty something more than what was discussed over the phone. I’m happy with the the much needed cut just not thrilled to be told one thing and charged another. Nice people, good haircut, just wish we paid what was quoted to me over the phone.

What can I say about Katie and her hubby Drew except they are simply wonderful with my furkids. I started with them about the fall of 2012 (I needed to change groomers since the one I was using who operated from her home was moving and the distance would have been twice as long — not an option for my miniature poodle who got very antsy on long car trips [sadly he passed on 3÷5÷2013 @ almost age 16] and my vehicle was ancient in the bargain [bit the dust in Nov. 2012].) She’s connected with my vet’s office (Rockledge Veterinary Clinic) so I figured they’re not going to let just any old groomer use part of their buliding. One day out of the blue I went in there with my Pom Candy to give her a quick interview. She was very nice, down to earth as I was explaining our situation and needs — so I made our first (definitely NOT the last) appointment with her. My poodle loved her, my Pom Candy loves her as does my Chi mix Cassetta. They also love her very able husband Drew who lovingly assists her — even Cassetta who doesn’t normally care for men LOVES Drew. (A few times I did need to temporarily use another groomer — also an excellent one — The Groomin Room in Mayfair; this was either when Katie was on maternity leave or I needed to get one of my girls done during a day she’s not available). She also seems to be reasonably priced. She also has gently used pet books for sale along with some pet stuff (clothing, dishes) and never any pressure to buy anything.
The hours do need to get updated here; since she gave birth she works Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays along with Drew. Can’t vouch for Tuesday & Friday hours but she says she’s there until 5PM Saturdays.
I can not believe Meredith S.‘s negative review — especially since she said she’s also a Rockledge Veterinary Clinic client. It sounds like there was some misunderstanding between the parties involved regarding booking the appointment and payment methods. I asked when I started with her and she specifically accepts cash or personal checks ONLY and is not set up to accept credit cards (upstairs @ the vet’s office they do accept credit card payments).
Only a couple of downsides IMHO: on the busiest day (Saturday) you need to compete in the parking lot with the vet’s clinic clients which is understandable since it’s their busiest day as well when dropping your furkids off. However, usually by the time the furkids are ready to be picked up, the vet’s clinic is closed so you don’t have that issue. The other one is there is no Web site to book/​change appointments, no Facebook page (my Facebook is acting up anyway) no e-​mail or cell phone number provided. However, they do return phone calls as soon as they can (only thing that made this stressful on the phone tag is that @ my former employer you were not allowed to use cell phones except in designated areas on breaks or even charge the phones there, let alone use one of their phones for personal calls OR accept same).

omg i just picked up my two cat’s at katies they look beautiful and i love the job she did on both spock and snickers. she is very good and talks to them and they just loved her. if your looking for a great dog groomer «katies» is the place to go with your babies.

Leaving Lucy with Katie is like knowing she’s at home with us! She has groomed both members of our four-​legged family, Vinny, Tibetan Terrier (who sadly passed last year with Lymphoma) and Lucy Grace! We know that it’s the BEST GROOMING ever! We love Katie!
