i prefer not to judge a venue, service or anyone in particular for that manner but there is always that one person who gives the entire company or etc a really bad name. came across one of your drivers in my complex where i live unloading my belongings into my apartment. it is not my problem if you have been having a bad day or whatever, but for him to be extremely rude and annoying was not necessary. i’m sure his job is to tow vehicles that are illegally parked or when a person is in need and has called it in. i do not appreciate being threatened to tow my vehicle in my own private complex when my vehicle wasn’t even parked nor was any of his business for that matter. roaming around to tow random cars because you are bored or trying to tow a vehicle and perhaps ask for money in return to not tow it was his intentions. i don’t know. just letting a person know about parking or standing or idling regulations would have been suffice. there was no need for attitude, rudeness, and just plain arrogance. need to hire more competent people. people like that are the reasons why business fails. i will be making this complaint known in every review regarding this company because of this driver in the little ferry area.

Today I needed a tow and the dispatched decided, AFTER 50 MINUTES, to cancel. When I called to complain, they told me that they had other business they would rather accept. So I guess if that seems acceptable to you, feel free to call these guys, but if you expect your tow to actually show up, try someone else.

My son was stranded yesterday and when he called his geico insurance they referred him to this company. The guy who answered the phone was beyond rude to my son, telling him that he wasn’t going to risk one of his trucks because he needs to make money and using profanity. I guess he likes to feel like a tough guy talking that way to a kid that needed help. I do not recommend these guys at all.
My son did say the actual driver who came out was nice but the dispatch guy needs a lesson in customer service.

I have been going here for a decade and Tommy who is the head mechanic does an excellent job with all car repairs at a reasonable price.
He is one of the few mechanics who doesnt «find» problems with your car only to milk more money out of you for repairs you don’t need.
I don’t give this place 5 stars because the new owners are douchebags plain and simple.
