It was a wierd experience. I went there twice and each time, what I wanted to order, they don’t prepare on those days. I requested different meals each time.

Definitely a gem right here! You can’t go wrong ordering anything from here as this is currently my favorite go-to lunch spot. The staff is very friendly & welcoming as well. It’s a small place but that’s usually where the best food comes from. Not expensive and the quality of the food is impeccable! A+++

Ordered here for the first time yesterday on Seamless Web. Read reviews about how they close early so I placed the order around 5pm and it was delivered within the delivery window. Note, I did call in advance to mention that I would be placing a Seamless Web order and confirmed that I would get my food within a certain time frame and I was assured it would arrive on time. The food was good. Ordered Jerk Chicken w/rice and peas and Curry Chicken with rice and peas and a slice of carrot cake. No complaints, good flavor and spice, very tasty. Will order again.

I haven’t eaten here but tried to on 2 occasions thru seamless and they did not respond until 20 mins to let me know they are closed(I was hungry those minutes were crucial) and the 2nd time no response at all, seamless called me after 30 mins to cancel the order… pretty LAME!

Just tried this place out for the first time and will def be back. It was a very clean and quiet place. Service was attentive, friendly, fast, and polite. I did not feel weird eating lunch alone here. The food itself was also very tasty! I got the jerk chicken, rice and peas, veggies. The chicken was great and the rice and peas were my favorite part of the dish. It was served with ox sauce for the rice and spicy jerk sauce for the chicken. Only downside was the veggies(cabbage, string beans, peas, carrots) were a little bland. Plantains were good though! Overall, great little spot in journal square. I would recommend it for lunch!

If you’re like me, when you move into a new neighborhood you look forward to finding that«diamond in the rough» restaurant that isn’t well known, but is awesome. DigiCafe is my diamond in the rough. The food is great and reasonably priced, and the service is fast and friendly. My recommendations are the stew chicken, jerk chicken, and curry chicken, in that order. Check ‘em out! The only downside is their hours: because the area is not very supportive of businesses, they don’t have weekend hours in the summer, and they close early on weekdays. For now, it’s mostly a lunch place.
