Karen G.

Business Owner

Karen Galli is a Leadership Development and Coaching Consultant focusing on leadership development through relationship building to drive results. She is the owner of One Leadership Group, a leadership development company and an adjunct lecturer for the City University of New York and New School University. Her leadership and coaching principles can be found on her company’s blog one​lead​er​ship​group​.com/blog. Karen held trainer and leadership development roles at Citibank NA, Dusit Hotels, Bangkok’s S & P fast food chain, and Guardian Life Insurance before launching One Leadership Group. Karen brings 15 years of experience and holds a Master of Arts from New York University. In arts school, once given feedback that she was «too much of a poet,» Karen is on a mission to help others create their own beautiful professional and personal stories.
