Indie Grove is a very special co-​working place. It feels good to go there. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, homey and the place itself beautiful, inviting colors and tasteful original art works all around. The furniture is mostly real wood and very comfortable. Nothing gives a plastic industrial feel. One can tell that the owner is deeply invested in the place and that there is a heartfelt care all around. It is clean, sunny and full of light. It is fully equipped. And the kitchen is a delight to eat in. The people who work there are simply awesome: always helpful, with a smile and with a good sense of how a co-​working space should work for all. There are many activities of which I choose to go to those very relevant to my line of work and they are very helpful. For me and my business Indie Grove is a dream came through. I am loving it and proud of having and using a working space there. Even the name is beautiful. Oh, it could not be better in terms of how conveniently it is located.

OBSESSED with this place! First of all, the owner is great! She’s super helpful and even directed me to a great business opportunity! She’s so thoughtful. Everyone else I met was great as well. There’s a great group of people that work out of that space… I was there on Free Coworking Friday. You can use the printer/​copier, etc. The kitchen is adorable. They have more seating in there and you can also bring your food or snacks and store it for the day. You can also reserve your own personal little room for the day which is cool. Best of all, beautiful views! Oh, and it’s next to Starbucks!

Absolutely gorgeous space. It is a pleasure to come to work. Big windows, nice floors, beautiful kitchen area, comfortable chairs and lots of big tables for working. There are rooms for phone calls and good sized meeting rooms that you can reserve (much better for planning purposes). A great environment and fantastic staff.
I’m having all my meetings here rather than my other office space in the city. My colleagues from the city now come here for meetings!
½ a block from the PATH train, lots of cafes and restaurants. If you get clearance, you can work here at anytime (²⁴⁄₇) at your own pace.

I’m going to echo everyone’s sentiments here, and agree that Indiegrove is a really fantastic coworking space. Quiet, bright, friendly, clean, very very convenient. I’d been looking for something like this for a while, but there was nothing comparable. Things that make it way better than coffee shops (which is what I was attempting to use before):
1) I have never had an issue with the internet (!!!)
2) They have little phone booths where I can make work (or personal) calls – so as to have privacy, and also prevents any noise disturbances.
3) Printer/​Scanner/​Fax access (free of charge)
4) Free coffee/​tea/​hot chocolate
5) Super views
6) Comfortable chairs
7) I can leave my stuff here and I don’t worry about it getting stolen
8) I can stay for as long as I want and not feel obliged to buy things…
The list could go on. But this is a really great space, and the owner seems very inspired to make it as good of a coworking experience as possible. Highly recommend!

Review #600! It had to be about a Jersey City business and it had to be a good one so I saved Indie Grove! To echo Augie R’s sentiments, this co-​working space is the nicest by far that I’ve seen. Compared to the outdated space in Hoboken and cramped ones in NYC, this is like the Taj Mahal.
First of all, the owner is awesome. Zahra (and I believe her husband is a partner) is such a cool cat and super into Jersey City and it’s ability to be a tech/​entrepreneurial center. Definitely chat her up if you can.
Second, the space is UNBELIEVABLE! I kind of wish it was my home. Sweeping views of downtown JC and the bridges, great natural light, hard wood floors, great couches/​tables/​etc. Working here, it doesn’t feel so much like work.
Third, located literally a stones throw from the Grove St. stop makes this place a no brainer if you need a work space.
Fourth, I know Zahra was offering free Fridays, not sure if that is still in the works, but regardless, check this spot out.
This place hosts weekly/​monthly networking events and seminars so definitely get on the mailing list and see if any intrigue ya.
As a local business advocate and someone who admires and encourages entrepreneurs, Indie Grove is a great breeding ground. Welcome to the ‘hood!

I visited a friend who works here and was very impressed with the space. It is very sunny and offers a lot of different options. Everything was very clean. If I was looking for a spot to set up shop, this would be top of my list – it is the best co-​working space I’ve seen in the area. The location is great, just a few steps from the PATH Grove Street station.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Zahra, the owner of Indiegrove, at a seminar for entrepreneurs. Zahra is a godsend for new business owners: intelligent, clear, and insightful, with a real knack for explaining multiple principles while synthesizing them into a larger, big-​picture framework. It’s clear that helping entrepreneurs grow and flourish is both her passion and her talent.

I recently joined Indiegrove after visiting on their promotional free «co-​working» day.
I was considering co-​working spaces in NYC but I found Indiegrove co-​working spaces suited my needs much better for the following reasons:
1) the space is stunning with great views and lots of natural light
2) the owner is very pleasant and genuinely wants to help her members succeed
3) it is right a block from Grove St. station so getting in and out the city is fast
4) the overall commute cost and time is significantly less
So far I am pleased with my decision and I look forward to coming in to work again.
