very friendly staff. they are very kind and understanding. very sweet people. the location itself if located in the back of Terminal 8 by baggage claim. They seem to be clean.

great east coast analog to Starbucks. not quite the variety but faster and cheaper. the donuts are way better than the fufu crap pastries that Starbucks servers for 6 bucks each

This place is a horrible mistake and a waste of time. I waited 20 minutes in line to order since they had everyone at this place go to the Dunkin Donuts line. And then they just tell me to step aside as someone makes my milkshakes. 15 minutes later, I’m told I need to pay first after the cashier told me to go pay next door where no one is charging you, just asking for receipt for it to be made and I end up back in line. These women are incompetent, don’t coordinate and harass customers throwing them back and forth. They turn the heat up and lights on full so it gets hot that you leave angry.

Don’t really get the bad rap from the other reviews. The ladies working the register and the sandwich board bore the steady, pre-postal, underpaid and under-stimulated expressions of just about any worker at JFK but they were not rude and got my order just right. I truly dig their java! Coffee chains like this one were so meant to service lazy asses like me that don’t feel like adding cream and sugar myself. I got Combo 6, the one with the egg white flat bread. I have to say I don’t much care for the«cheese food creep» that seems to be infecting every sandwich on the baggage level at T8, but the sandwich is piping hot and I got a meal with a drink for under $ 7. That’s a smoking hot deal in my book for any meal in the vicinity of an airport. In fact, I think that’s «A-OK.»

Really poor assortment of donuts. They didn’t have a plain chocolate donut, so I decided on donut holes(munchkins) instead. Since I wanted a chocolate donut, she assumed I wanted ALL chocolate munchkins. I was so disappointed when I opened up my bag to see a pile of dark round(stool) lol. I guess it’s bc the employees don’t speak English well. Btw the minimum amount of munchkins u can order is 10. for $ 2.99. Ridiculous

Rude staff, coffee was closer to water, stale doughnuts. This place sucks, it’s worth walking somewhere else. Wish I could rate a half star.

Refused to take my mobile coupon. When I pay with my mobile app, the lady had to pouch in the code inside of just scan the QR code. I ordered a tuna sandwich but got a chicken sandwich instead. I was going to take the survey at suggested on the receipt, but there is not even a survey number printed on the receipt.

They’re supposed to open at 5:00 and after waiting for 20 minutes, they were still not open because they said they weren’t ready yet. The girl I spoke to through the fence had a real attitude and was very unpleasant.

Have to agree with just about everything the first reviewer, michael f. reports. I can’t speak to the donuts, but can add that they also have the decaf tea bags that allow me to create the decaf iced tea the wife requires. They will charge you for the extra cup for the ice over which to pour your hot brewed tea, but hey — happy wife…

After being away from Dunkin’ Donuts for a week, I needed my fix. This Dunkin’ Donuts satisfied my craving. Just a FYI — you pay at the cash registers at the front of the food court.

This is actually an express cart located right next to the domestic baggage carousel. It offers a small selcetion of donuts, unflavored coffee and has a cappucino machine, all self serve. While the selection is very limited, what they do offer is always fresh. Maybe they are the first delivery stop or something, but they have some of the best donuts I have ever had at a DD. The cappucino is a fake powder base and should be avoided. But the coffee is legit DD coffee and new pots are brewed regularly. A decent quick source for dunkin.
