The fam & I ate here today & thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughters had«the Frenchman» — Belgium waffle w/Brie, Applewood smoked bacon, maple syrup & basil(awesome) — and the wife had a fantastic asparagus/cheese quiche. Friendly people, lovely rustic décor & delectable food = a winning combo. Well done.

We walked in and were impressed by the artistic décor! The owners were quick to greet us and you could tell they have put a lot of thought into making their space feel warm and inviting. The pastries on display all looked so delicious that we had a difficult time narrowing it down to our three favorites. We ended up going with the butter biscuits and roasted red pepper, fennel sausage gravy, a waffle with strawberries, yogurt, honey, whip cream, and a few of the pastries. The flavors were out of this world and we thoroughly enjoyed washing it all down with delicious coffee served in beautifully handmade mugs. All in all, our eyes were bigger than our mouths and we left extremely satisfied with to-go baggies of left over pastries to enjoy on our hike later that day.

My food here was great. I had the roasted vegetable sandwich and potato leek soup(vegetarian). Amazing! Just enough sauce and cheese in the sandwich and delightful seasonings in the soup. My husband and I also tried a couple hand pies which were fantastic. My only complaint is the price… $ 32 for two people to have sandwiches, soup, and a hand pie each. Big city prices… I hope they do ok because I will go back but not sure if everyone will want to pay that much. I would go more frequently if it was cheaper. Next time I want to try the organic coffee.
