History
Established in 1995.
The Sun Runner, The Journal of the Real Desert, was launched in 1995. The Sun Runner also produces Joshua Tree Gateway Community visitor guides, and is launching a new monthly hi-desert newspaper, the Joshua Tree Tortoise Telegraph.
The Sun Runner also produces television series for public broadcasting. Current productions include Southwest Stories, Oh, California!, and The Real Route 66.
