Food for Thought Cupcakes & Confections

Kristen was great to work with and her cake for our wedding was delicious.
When I called her she gave me helpful information about my order and responded promptly to all our phone and email correspondence.
We chose a custom flavor of guava cake with lilikoi frosting – the cake was perfectly moist and the flavors actually come from fruit she harvested! Natural and elegant at the same time.
She has great policies about loaning cake stands for a minimal deposit and has a very reasonable delivery fee.
When she dropped the cake off she was very professional and friendly. At that time she decorated the cake with the flowers from our bouquets since we wanted the decorations to be personal. She can also decorate the cake prior to drop off if you prefer another option for flowers or decorations.
Her cake designs range from elegant, classic to fun and playful.
Everyone loved the cake and many guests came back for seconds, there was enough left over to have a few extra slices the following days after the wedding since my family had rented a house for the week. We were excited to enjoy it as a late night snack.
She did a truly wonderful job on all levels, we couldn’t be happier!

Kristin was easy to work with. She had our cupcakes and cutting cake with pretty orchids ready and set up before the ceremony. It looked and tasted amazing!
Now, I hope I can wait a year to take another bite out of our delicious cutting cake, which is sitting in our freezer for Jan 2014.
