Randy started D&R Sports with his father, Dick in 1982 (hence the name: Dick & Randy = D&R). Originally located in a small storefront on the other side of the parking lot, D&R Sports has grown to be one of the largest hunting & fishing outfitters in the area. Randy VanDam is a former State Champion Bass Angler, older brother to the bass fishing legend, Kevin VanDam, and father to Jonathon VanDam who won his first Elite Series tournament in 2012.
