I have only ever used Unilocal for phone numbers and addresses, but after seeing Jorilyns lies below I needed to post this. I was there at the same time as her and know exactly who she is because she was making a scene. The place was packed with last minute Halloween shoppers including myself and we were all a little too impatient. The workers handled everything with a friendly attitude the whole time we were there including her obnoxiousness and standing in line right behind her, I can tell you the girl behind the counter was never once «sassy» to her.
Jorilyns review is full of lies and exaggerations and is the reason Unilocal reviews can’t be trusted. Just because you wait until the last minute to shop and can’t find what you want is no excuse to defame a business. If I was the manager I would have refused you service and had security escort you out. You should be ashamed.
On a more personal note, I want to thank the other girl that was working that day for helping me find a skirt to match my corset. You made it a happy halloween

Will never shop at this location again. It’s a shame because I’ve had such great experiences here with other workers and managers.
Tonight I asked a male worker to see if they had another size in a dress at a different location. He replies with «I can try, but they won’t hold it for you». I’m thinking okay no problem. I also need to use the fitting room. He told me there was a bit of a line. Again, I thought, no problem. I start looking around by the fitting room. After looking at everything possible while I’m waiting and waiting some more I’m getting impatient. I look under the door and no one is in there! After calling to get in to use the fitting room a woman opens it for me. I try on my things and go to pay. The man asks me if the dress is mine. He didn’t do what I requested so yes, I’m pissed and I also l mention how he said there was a line and would open it when it was my turn when no one was even in the fitting room. The female worker says in the most sassy way, «I’m sorry, but it’s been so busy in here today.» Okay, sure I believe it was, but at that time there were about 5 other people in the store. Also, who cares?! It’s your job to regulate the store and to make the customers happy. Apologizing with a sassy tone is not okay. When I ask for a manager she rolls her eyes at me and says «we both are». I think, ohh and you as managers think this is okay. Needless to say I tell them I will not ever shop at that location again and went to the Pearlridge location to get the things I wanted. They apologized for my bad experience at the Windward Mall location.

Wouldn’t let me return my items even though the associate I bought it from said I could when I bought it. Never got my full refund

This store is MUCH larger (or at least it seems to be) than the Ala Moana location. Other than that I could basically copy and paste my other review.
The store was clean and relatively organized, although some areas were a little cramped with some of the displays WAY TOO close together.
The staff was great and super helpful.
Surprisingly, Hot Topic carries my daughters’ new favorite craze: «My Little Pony» merchandise.

I prefer this store of all locations. The workers are all friendly and they seem to have a sale every time I go. And although it’s not a big store, I don’t feel crowded in like the other locations.
This is the go to place to find merchandise for some of the lastest crazes. You can also find t-​shirts of your favorite old bands and can buy shirts (reprinted) that you always regretted not getting.
The one thing that’s always confused me is how the workers looks and musical tastes are so off. You see someone looking gothic or punk but when it’s their turn to decide what to play, it’s the lamest pop music ever. And it’s not just this store…

Located on the second floor of Windward Mall. This store is unique. Lots of cool shirts. I like checking out the new items that come in. They have a good selection of WWE shirts. Coming here takes me back to my childhood. With merchandise from TMNT, My Little Pony and Strawberry Shortcake to name a few. Huge selection of music shirts. When they first opened years ago they use to blast the music so loud you could hear it at least 2 stores away. Now they don’t play it so loud but I love the music they play.
The staff is always friendly and ready to help you find items or answer questions. Store is kept clean and neat.
