Conveniently located in Windward Mall. Also conveniently located next to the children’s play area in the mall (probably not a coincidence).
Less crowded, more organized and more items in stock compared to the Ala Moana location. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
If you sign up for their rewards card, you get frequent emails for 25% and 30% off coupons. They tend to BOMBARD you with emails, however. Plus, they give you MORE coupons with your purchase. I’m sure shopaholics wouldn’t mind. I, on the other hand, don’t need this many coupons. Still, the coupons are pretty useful when and if you need them.

I went into this location on TWO separate days and there was not one hello! The first time I went there were 3 employees, gossiping in the center of the store. None of them greeted me, asked me if I needed help or anything. Even after I stood next to one of them to look at the clothes on the rack. She just looked at me and turned away. Not even a smile. I managed a clothing store for years, this is a big NO NO! I was in the store for 20 minutes without any interaction. A second customer stood at the counter waiting for them to ring her up. Hoping this was just a fluke, I went to shop a few weeks later, still NOTHING. This time there were three employees spread among the store putting clothes on the racks, moving things around. Still NO greeting, no hello, no help. I was so upset, I left without buying a thing. I am not a needy customer and all I expect is an acknowledgement that I am a customer, a simple «hello, how are you, need any help» would have been enough.
