Established in 1986.

Business Owner

We have been with the AlphaGraphics network since 2007. Working for three centers in Denver, CO. Haley was in print and promotional sales, Matt was an operation manager. When the opportunity arose to purchase our own center and return to Kansas City we jumped at it. We purchased the Downtown Kansas City AlphaGraphics in November 2009.

We are excited about the newest technologies coming out in the world of visual communications. From PURL’s and QR Codes to increased variable data capabilities, marketing and brand development have endless possibilities. Even if you don’t need the latest technology, we can still print, copy, design and provide you with a whole host of products.

Some of the nicest people in the print and promotional product industry. I would stop in here about once every two weeks. Each person who helped me was always courteous and detail oriented. I never had to worry about a thing. Through my previous work, there were somethings that we couldn’t do as screen printers, so we referred customers to Alpha Graphics because we knew they are great people to deal with. Friendly service, great location in the middle of KC (Crossroads), private parking lot, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time. Definitely check this place out if they have what you need in promotional and print items.

I need printed materials fairly often, and since I don’t have an office here in KC, that means a lot of outsourcing to local printers. Ive used AlphaGraphics a few times now, and everything’s been A-​OK! My jobs have been completed on time, looked good and were at a reasonable price. I don’t really know what more you could ask for or expect!
One thing I particularly appreciate is that a couple of times they’ve let me pay over the phone with my credit card, allowing me to send my intern or another helper to pick up materials for me. On a busy day, it’s great to get something like that off of your plate.
The people have always been friendly, and while nothing I’ve ever sent in has been overly complicated, things are done when and as they said they would be be. In my opinion, everything with AlphaGraphics is on the up-​and-​up and you shouldn’t hesitate to use them.

I arrived into town for a work conference and realized that I had left all my business cards at home in another state. I emailed Alphagraphics, and within the hour Matt had contacted me back and was ready to print and deliver my business cards in the same day. They were super helpful and I will refer them heavily for the Kansas City area.
