Had my first appointment with Dr. Taylor. She was able to tell me what was going on with my back, and give me a good adjustment.
I know it is not going to be an immediate fix, as out of place ribs like to come back out after adjustments, but she’s got a plan and addressed my concerns. I felt some relief after I left for the first time in months!
They do a combination of therapy with adjustments which I greatly appreciate. My last chiropractor did not, so this is great. They also take insurance. Another plus is they offer massage. I may schedule one to see how their therapist does compared to the place I go now as it goes hand in hand with Dr. Taylor’s work.

I was a little nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time, but from the moment I walked through the door, Tasha and Dr. Taylor did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
I’ve been experiencing pack pain and pressure for as long as I can remember and when my adjustments were done, I cried at my ability to completely rotate my shoulders and stand up straight without pain.
Tasha and Dr. Taylor were very kind and patient — both took care to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. At each stage of the process, I was instructed as to what to expect. I look forward to working with the Crossroads Chiropractic team to get my back in shape. Thank you, Dr. Taylor!

Time for yet another update, as I have now had two massages with Ryanne this past month. I am honestly appalled with myself for not getting one sooner!
I have been battling plantar fasciitis with varied degrees of success for nearly 15 months now and with spring road racing season now in full swing I have been forced to change my approach or else risk being sidelined. Last week I had my second massage — probably the second most painful experience of my life after separating my shoulder in a bicycle accident — but worth it.
I had to ice the hell out of my foot the rest of the day and the next, but within 48 hours my foot felt better than it had in months. The injury isn’t gone or anything and will surely live to make my life miserable again but that’s okay… I will just have to go back and see Ryanne again in a couple of weeks!

I had a great deep tissue massage with Ryanne. I prefer deep tissue massages that actually fix issues, rather than light «relaxing» type massages, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The price was also very reasonable. It’s hard to find a massage therapist who actually knows what they’re doing and customizes the massage to the client’s needs. She also loves what she does, which I found refreshing. I will definitely be back.

RYANNE THE MASSEUSE!!! THIS is who we need to be talking about too!!! She is absolutely AMAZING. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She comes to our office two times a month just down the road in the power and light district, I visited her one time because everyone here in the office kept speaking SO highly of her. Felt great after that. She felt that my back and neck were so out of whack, that the next time she was here at our office, she sent someone for me and had me get in her chair JUST TO HELP ME OUT from my constant… no strings attached, nothing. This wonderful lady has helped me so much in two visits with her than the doctor in 7 years, and other masseurs I’ve visited. I will definitely continue seeing her!!! Ryanne has magic hands and is also very knowledgeable about the back, spine and seems to know how the whole body works along with the spine. I love her and will recommend her to everyone I know. She’s also really laid back and cool, not uptight which we LOVE.

If you are looking for quick in and out kind of service, this is for you. I didn’t have a great experience and didn’t feel listened to or given support as I was nervous about being there.

I’m so glad I found this practice. Dr. Taylor, along with the staff are very friendly and insightful. Overall my experience has been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get rid of their back pain

While traveling cross-​country with what’s turned out to be a sprained back, and only having 1 day in KC to get some help, I was able to be seen as a new patient and treated immediately. The team was very accommodating and welcoming, and Dr. Campbell was compassionate, thorough and highly capable — I’m already feeling better. He even went the extra mile by finding me a reputable Chiropractor in Denver (my next day’s stop cross country) AND called me there to see how I’ve been doing — AWESOME! I’m so thankful for their excellent care and highly recommend them.

I have been to several chiropractors over the years, but this office is the best. The staff is very nice, and helpful. I feel like everyone really cares about me, and I don’t feel like anyone is trying to just rush me in and out. Dr. Taylor asks questions, and is sincere in listening to what is bothering me at the time of the visit. I also just started seeing Ryanne, the massage therapist at this office. She is AWESOME! I have been having tendonitis in my right elbow. She explained how everything was connected up through my shoulder, and showed me several techniques that I could do myself to help relieve my symptoms. She digs deep, and helps tremendously. Again, everyone in this office is just great. You won’t be disappointed.

I found Crossroads Chiropractic after receiving an awesome chair massage from Ryanne at another wellness event. Three weeks ago when it was VERY clear I had to see a chiropractor I called them for an appointment. They have been great starting with the front office staff, both Doctors Campbell and Taylor, and a massage from Mario. I recommend getting a massage immediately in conjunction with your chiropractic treatments.

While in Kansas City visiting I threw my neck out of place and ended up with a severe headache. I found this chiropractic center on Unilocal,gave them a call and they worked me in as soon as they could. Unbelievable reception and physician. Everyone was extremely polite courteous and really paid attention to what my problems were. The chiropractor was able to alleviate my pain my headache and nausea stopped and I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit with my family. If you live in Kansas City I highly recommend going to this wellness center and receiving their chiropractic care and other wellness opportunities.

Ryanne’s massage and Dr. Lindsay Gallion will get you hooked up right!

I’ve been receiving treatment here from Dr. Gallion, for a while now. Well today Dr. Gallion was unable to see me. However, Dr. Taylor was able to fit me in. It was like she had been treating me the whole time. The Dr.‘s at Crossroads do a fabulous job communicating with each other which helps keep treatments consistent no matter who you see. Such a great place, with great people to help you feel better!!!

I was excited about trying acupuncture to relieve the pain in my elbow and carpal area. The office is unique in that they had latin music playing loudly. The chiropractor took me to her office. She thought when I put repetitive stress as the reason to be there that I was referring to social psychological not to work related. She explained she usually used other methods to relieve that pain. She laid me on a traditional chiropractic table (no place to rest arms) put the needles in from should to little finger. I commented on how awkward it was. She turned off the light and said I will be back in 15 minutes. I hung my arms off but the needles moved. By the time she returned my arms truly hurt because I was putting pressure on the nerve that is damaged.
My arms hurt more after than when I walked in. I scheduled deep tissue massage with my regular massage therapist and felt much better.

Just got back from seeing Ryanne for the first time and wow is an understatement. I’d been dealing with not being able to turn my head to the right for the last few days and finally decided this issue needed special attention. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had countless massages from all over the metro area and occasional find someone decent but nothing like Ryanne. I’d read several positive reviews on her on the internet but your never really sure what to expect, but this massage was hands-​down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had.
It’s difficult to fully articulate what I felt but it was a step past any other deep tissue massage I’ve experienced and she likely needs a new word to properly describe her extremely deep technique. Regardless, she knew what she was doing and was extremely talented.
If you take nothing else from any of these reviews, just know that if you’re looking for help in fixing chronic muscle issues or even injury, this is the place. If however you are looking for a tranquil relaxing massage this may not be the right place.

Dr. Taylor does an awesome job adjusting me when I am out of whack! She is genuinely concerned for her patient’s health and comfort. Dr. Lindsay is new here, but she has adjusted me a few times, and also does a wonderful job. You can’t go wrong with either chiropractor. Katie is the the office dynamo, and a great part of the team. I highly recommend this Crossroads Chiropractic.

After leaving a hard day of work as a teacher of some crazy 7 year olds I was a complete and utter ball of stress and back pain, Ryanne’s massage made it all okay!
She was an amazing masseuse and sweet person. I never felt the need to direct her at all because she totally knew what she was doing and hit all the right spots each and every time. I just cannot say enough about her!

Go see Ryanne for a massage. This girl is amazing. Love her — and I am a PICKY massage client… Having gone to fancy spas that shall remain nameless… She gets out every little knot and sore spot. I actually went to see her based on another Unilocal review. They were right.

I got introduced to this center via Groupon and I’m ever thankful! I’ve been skeptical of Chiropractors over the years due to word of mouth from family and friends. However, some swear by it. I figured a groupon was a good entrance to this «scary» world and it also included massage (which is always a winner in my book).
Ryanne’s massage was incredible! You know those massages that hurt a little, yet feel great at the same time? That’s her style. I actually fell asleep at some moments. She’s lots of fun to talk to (on all different subjects) and her office is quite relaxing (the lighting, quiet, jazz music, etc.). For $ 65 for an hour, it’s a steal for the quality massage she gives. There are Unilocal Deals for $ 40 and you can also join a massage club for more steep discounts. They also have cards, where if you have x amounts, the 10^th is free.
From day one with Dr. Jessica Taylor, she was super friendly, explained the whole process in layman’s terms, and really did wonders with my body. I’ve had lower back pain chronically since I was a teenager. She also provided me with stretches, exercises, and other take-​home suggestions. The hour sessions are quite relaxing. You start off with a massage machine that has warming rollers, then go to an electrostimulation machine (that works your muscles till they are tired), and then the «cracking» begins!
If your insurance doesn’t cover it, she’ll work deals with you to make it affordable. When you are talking about being able to live your life without pain and stiffness and the sheer relaxation you feel from the hour long session, it’s SO WORTH IT!
Her office also sells supplements, over the counter pain relievers, elecrostimulator units, etc. at good prices.
Her staff is super friendly and quite interactive. Who looks forward to a Dr. Appt, right? With this Doc, I DO!
