We don’t believe a healthy diet should be about avoidance or deprivation, but rather enjoying delicious and nutritious real food.

Unlike many other gluten-​free items, our delicious baked goods retain the moisture you come to expect from a nutbread.

Our grain-​free baked goods are low in carbohydrates and have a low glycemic-​index. They do not contain any fillers, artificial preservatives or refined sugars.

Each ingredient has been chosen for its specific nutritional value and offers a truly healthy and remarkably delicious experience for any person, regardless of dietary restrictions, allergies, sensitivities, or a complete lack there of.

History

Established in 2014.

We are a loving and (hopefully) socially conscious couple living in Waldo for the last few years. One has a specialty in organic food production and the other as a medical research scientist. Together we have created a delicious and healthy platform for creating food that always stands to the most rigorous testing: our own personal standards. Our goods are intended to satisfy in every way, from flavor to feel, nutrition to fortune, we hope for an experience that feels just as great as it tastes.
