We specialize in working with the top two bones in the spine called the «Upper Cervical» area. Upper Cervical Chiropractic focuses on the nervous system rather than on the back pain or spine. When the nervous system functions at 100% the body has the ability to heal itself from even the most complex of ailments.

Why is the nervous system so important to your health? The nervous system controls the function of every cell, organ and system in your body. If your nervous system is not communicating properly then those organs, muscles or tissues begin to malfunction, allowing sickness and disease to develop.

Here at Specific Wellness Chiropractic it is not about getting adjusted or even receiving adjustments; it is about living a life free of nerve interference. In fact, our goal in care is actually to deliver as few adjustments as possible. Our mission is to «Turn Hope into Reality».

History

Established in 2013.

Originally started in CA in 2009 under another name. In 2013 relocated to the Crossraods in Kansas City. The grand opening was in June.
