I see Dr. Smith and he is awesome. He is quick, efficient and takes excellent care of my teeth. I have serious dentist anxiety and have had some really bad experiences, but this office rocks. My teeth cleanings are painless and when I needed cavities filled, they were done fast and right. I love this dental office! My whole household goes here!

I see Dr. Garcia and she and her team are EXCELLENT! I have an insane fear of the dentist and they make it so easy! I could go every day. However– What is up with the customer service? They are THE WORST!!! They say they will call to remind me of my appointment and never do. They love that $ 50 no show fee. Also– I was on the phone with them today and the rep on the phone said, «So when do you plan to pay your bill?» I responded, «You told me you were mailing the bill to my house; which is why I confirmed my house address with you.» (I am a college student, my mom still pays my medical bills.) The customer service woman replied, «We don’t mail bills. We only pay electronically.» (meaning via internet) I said, «So why would you confirm with me my address and my billing info if you know you always pay electronically?» I had been in frequently as of lately due to a few cavities so they had seen me. And I obviously miss appointments on the regular, so I get the feeling they know of me. Basically, I could continue the conversation and let you know the ‘he said, she said’ of it, but you get the point. Doctors and hygienists are fab. Customer service are a bunch of bitches.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Galvin’s since I lived in midtown, and that was a pretty long time ago. In well over five years, I’ve never had a single bad experience of any kind. The staff has always been super friendly and professional, and they keep my fangs in bitchin’ shape. What more do you want from a dentist’s office?
I keep going to Westwood despite now living on the other side of the city because they’re great. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve had a longstanding dental fear that has kept me out of the dentists’ office for some time. My husband started going here first and he raved about it, despite having to get a root canal and crown. As an added bonus, our account was given a referral bonus for his recommendation.
The facilities are extremely clean, sleek and modern in a standalone building so its easy to find. There are two levels, one for standard cleaning and one for x-​rays and more advanced work.
The receptionists, dental hygienists and dentists are all extremely kind, concerned and accommodating. They took every measure to assure I was comfortable and knew what they were doing and why it needed to be done.
They outlined all of the work they recommended and compared it with my insurance to show me exactly what I could plan on doing within a year to maximize my coverage and minimize my out of pocket costs.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice, and I have always hated to go to the dentist!
