I discovered this place about 6 or 7 years ago and have failed to find a phở place that can contest Phở & Company!
My ‘regular’ order has changed throughout the years, varying from vermicelli and pork to the basic phở with rare beef and now I have landed upon the tofu phở. This place has the best phở ever along with ever sauce/​accoutrement you might need for your noodles.
Ambiance here is lovely; I’ve always loved the wooden furniture and glass tables and the decorations give this place a nice cozy and living-​in feel. If you’re a two-​top and come during a busy time, be prepared to share your table, as the servers do their best to seat people as soon as they can. Food will always come out hot and in excellent time and the servers are attentive and nice yet very focused on getting out orders so you’ll never feel like you’ve been deserted or ignored. Finally, the food here is nice to your wallet; you will get a good helping of food for a reasonable price.
I am a HUGE fan of supporting local businesses when I am a fan so I must say that if you are EVER in the area, you should stop here for lunch. This place has a very special place in my heart and I shall be coming here for the rest of my life.

This is our go to for phở cravings. I’ve tried other places but I keep coming back to this place. I usually get the combination phở, my fiancé goes between the chicken phở and lemongrass chicken plate. We also love getting the combination sandwich. All very very delicious. Their broth is nothing like the other places. I’m picky with soup… I don’t like my soup tasting like oily meat, which some phở places have but their soup is delicious. The staff is very friendly as well. And you can never go wrong with their iced coffee.

Portions were satisfying and taste pretty good!
The male waiter or owner? He was super funny and friendly! My husband and I had a good experience overall :)

Came in here to grab a bite to eat before our movie the other day. I’m a fan. We got some sandwiches and spring rolls. Sandwiches were great. Spring rolls were decent. The garlic sauce is delicious. Probably come back for some noodles on a cooler day.

Omg this is my favorite place to eat phở! I always order the #7 which is the beef phở w/​well done brisket served w/​garnishes. & I drown my phở in sriracha sauce & their home made garlic sauce. That garlic sauce I love!
I recommend ordering the spring rolls, bbq chicken & Kalbi plate, shrimp friend rice & coconut bubble drink. ALL so yummy!
I have a couple cards hanging on their wall from being a regular. I don’t eat their as much these days. But, when I’m in the mood for some phở. this is my go to!

One of my favorite places to eat in Kapolei whether it’s dining in or as take out. There is a variety of phở places to eat but I do come back here often. I have eaten several different dishes on their menu and enjoyed all of them.
Had lunch here with one of my best friends. She is quite picky with food and this was her request. If you dine in, you can get the free soft drink (who doesn’t like free?!). We ordered the shrimp summer rolls and the papaya salad with shrimp which I have never tried before. Summer rolls are delicious. If you mix the peanut sauce with some of the spicy condiments it gives it extra flavor. The papaya salad was actually delicious! Don’t overdo on the vinegar though. Papaya was crisp and fresh.
If you still have room for dessert, I like to eat the chocolate tapioca. Its the right amount of sweet and the tapioca gives some texture. I always get this to go and save for later.
Prices are decent. Lots of parking available. You may need to share tables with other parties when they are busy. Good food at a good price. :)

So, we were looking for a place to eat over here in Kapolei & decided to try Phở. So, a little bit of background before I begin this review. I am a Vietnamese person & grew up eating Phở. On top of that, I have eaten Phở in Vietnam as well. That being said, let me get back to the review.
The restaurant was very well done. The ambiance of the place was fitting. The music and décor were tastefully done & echoed the traditions of a Vietnamese restaurant. It was very clean and inviting.
We ordered Phở Tai & Phở Tai Gau. The broth was quite buttery in flavor. The meat had a good taste. It wasn’t spectacular, but it did its job. After I added all the appropriate toppings & sauces, the broth tasted better. I just felt that the broth lacked the flavor that I was expecting from Phở.
The customer service here was good. The waitress was nice & this restaurant offers a loyalty program. Unfortunately, it does not give military discounts. I don’t think I will be back.

I’m out here visiting my sister and I find out that she has never had phở before. I was shocked and made it my mission to find a decent spot so she could enjoy goodness that is phở. I’d say I was successful I that mission.
A soon as I walked in and saw the phở on the tables of the customers that were already there I knew I picked a good spot. It passed the eye test.
My sister got the basic chicken phở. My brother in law and I both got the beef brisket. I showed then the different sauces they could add into the broth to give it a bit more flavor. They were impressed and told me they’d add it to their go out spots.
They were very friendly and provides great service. The fresh squeezed lemonade was good as well. I’ll be here in HI the whole week and I plan on going back to this spot a few times.

Because my friends would drive all the way from town to Kapolei for their garlic sauce, this place gets 5 stars. I just happen to tag along because I love phở. Their homemade garlic sauce is what makes this place different than others. We’ve gone to several phở places on the island and cant find one that serves garlic sauce like they do. I don’t love it as much as my friends do to drive 20 miles for it but their phở broth is pretty good. I always get the chicken phở as my go to.
Lots of parking there as it’s near the Kapolei theaters. And if you happen to need to use the restrooms, you’ll have to use the one in the theaters. Prices and portions are quite reasonable. I could never finish a bowl to myself. Probably because I’m always drinking more of the soup that eating the good stuff. I’ve tried their Vietnamese coffee too and it’s one of my favs.

Wasn’t feeling well today and wanted to get out of the house. So we wanted to go get Phở and this is the only place that we go to… Everything on their menu is delicious! Just don’t come too late at night because their clock that they go by is 10 minutes faster.
My fiancé usually orders the phở and I get the chicken and shrimp with the cold noodles. Tonight I ended up getting the Seafood Phở and I must say, I’m glad I did! To what I could taste since I’m sick, it was awesome! I also love their spring rolls, they are a must try along with their Thai tea. Yummy.
I love that it’s next to the movies for my convenience too. So we will usually stop by before we head to the movies if we Havnt ate just yet. Just an FYI, be ready to share a table with another family if you must. It’s not a big restaurant and it’s usually busy during dinner!

Pining for a good bowl of phở on the West side of Oahu?! Well, you’re lookin’ at it! And in fact, this is just happens to be a fantastic place for great-​tasting Vietnamese fare! :D
On a recent phở restaurant family fun vacation spree around Florida by Georgia Yeep-​friend Richard R., I became entranced by his mystical (he’s far far away from Hawaii!) PHO-​expedition entrancements! Apparently Richard R. and family was on an all out hunt for. P-​H-​O for every meal!
At first I tried to resist. But the more Florida phở restaurant check-​ins he posted, the more I became aware of my own, deep down — and unbeknownst to me — unresolved, phở cravings!
Then I started to think about crunchy flaky spring rolls and even typed comments about said phở-​desires on Richard R.‘s check-​in!
Also unbeknownst to me that they are Yeep-​friends, Nadine C. shortly commented on said same RR check-​in regarding how *we* were driving her phở mad (not exact words but you get the pic!)!
Idk about you but a single text later from me to Nadine C. and we were both IN for phở later that evening (with Fran C., of course: D), someplace, anywhere, anyplace as lonnnnnnnng as it was PHO!!!

So long story short about that place is that it was OK, if you know what we mean.
But do you know what «OK phở» really means?!
It means, we must quest for more really good phở!
Enter my intermediate school classmate today who texts me that he’s here in town! He asks if we might get together for lunch.
As it turns out, today, classmate and I are both on the Ewa side of Oahu so… I’ll give you one guess what I ask him? :D

I have been a long time (it’s been years and now a decade!!) customer of this couple’s shop and just love it so much that I really wish I could live-​eat here allllllll the time!
MENU SELECTIONS: A lot else is sooooooo good. Whether it’s their phở soup, fresh papaya salad, BBQ pork dishes, or spring or summer rolls, I just know it’ll be served hot, fresh, tasty, and delicious!
BOBA & THAI TEA SMOOTHIES: I used to order their boba drinks but they’re made with flavored powders so I just go to Hula Boba across the street near Chun Wah Kam for a fresh fruit acai, pitaya, or papaya!
LOCATION: Situated next to the freeway in the Kapolei business area along the main drag in the same business building as the Consolidated Theaters Kapolei (smack dab center) on same side as Home Depot (and Costco waaaaay down the street).
PARKING: Never a problem. Abundant at front of the shop except if they’re busy, just park a little farther at the outskirts of the lot.
PRICE FOR VALUE: Prices are reasonable (large phở is huge!!); phở soup taste is divine bc it’s made from hours of boiling beef bones with spices and veggies. I only wish they gave more spring rolls than just 2! They have a stamp card. Be sure to get one to earn a free soup!
NAPKINS/​SAUCES/​CHOPSTICKS: If you need more napkins, just ask. Sauces and chopsticks are already on the table.
WATER/​BILL/​CONTAINERS: They’ll come to refill your water; they’ll bring your bill when they realize you’re just about done; ask for a take home container if you need one. If you need them to put your soup into the take home bowl for you, just ask.
RESTROOMS: Find them to the left of the theaters or sometimes there’s a sign to just use the theater restrooms. That’s so cool: D

Once again, I learned about this great place by reviews from my fellow Yeeps, so thank you so much! Phở & Company is super close to my current work location, so I had to exercise much discipline to go frequent them weekly. My clothing budget would not have allowed my replacing my wardrobe due to that much deliciously carby indulgence!
I’ve had a few versions of the phở, and spring rolls in my several visits to Phở & Company. Today’s lunch will be their special Vietnamese style curry chicken (please oh please have it today!!). It’s a huge portion – the photo that I posted of it here is actually my day-​after leftovers that made a whole 2^nd meal! Don’t miss the owner’s homemade garlic sauce (served at the tables), if you’re a garlic fan. I can’t get enough of it!
Everything is always hot, fresh, and oh-​so-​tasty! Service is also very friendly. They also offer take-​out service, which I have also taken advantage of, too. The food is packaged well and hot tasty! There’s an extensive menu, but since I immediately discovered my favorites and keep going back for them, sorry, but I can’t comment on too many of the other dishes! There’s even bubble tea!
I’ll be moving office (to Kailua) soon, and will really, really miss Phở & Company. I may have to make the trek, on occasion, just to satisfy my cravings!

Located by the theaters. Pretty good place. I’ve eaten a lot of Vietnamese in my life & this place is pretty good. Simple inside. Not a [5-​star-​nice] restaurant but definitely a simple place to go for lunch/​dinner. And prices are good too.
I checked in as I was inside and it was cool that they offer a free soft drink if you spend $ 10 or two free soft drinks if you spend $ 25. But my spouse and I don’t drink soft drinks so I pressed save it for later.
For appetizer, I ordered their spring rolls (cha giò). You get 4 pieces for $ 5 something. They’re good. It comes with lettuce, cucumber, rice noodles, and fish sauce.
*all their phở is the same prices depending on their three sizes. Medium, Large, X-​large.
For a meal, we ordered two mediums bowls of #6 beef steak & meatballs, and #8 meatball soup. I added a little hoisin sauce and (smiley face) sriracha sauce with a slice of lime. Tasted really good.
For dessert, we shared a Thai tea ‘bubble drink,’ as they quote it. & I don’t think it was worth it for being $ 3.99 and the size of it. But it wasn’t bad. The tapioca was kind of harder than other bubble teas I’ve had.
Overall, 4 stars for the quickness of service & tastiness of the food.

Quick service and orders come our quick. Very friendly and a good amount of seats. Good for families and children.
If you check you can get a free soft drink with $ 10 or more spent or two drinks on $ 25 or more.
Broth was tasty without adding hoisin sauce (plum). Prices are reasonable as well. Wish I had more greens but I’m sure you could request more if you wanted.
They also give a good amount of meet for your phở. Of yiu are in the area it’s great for a quick bite before or after the movie. Didnt try anything else on the menu but maybe next time.
Did enjoy the other phở place in the shopping center as well. Just a matter of preference at this point.
Gave it three stars as it was your typical phở and tasty. Hard to imagine phở being extraordinary but I’m still waiting to see. Would go back or recommend if in the area.

The restaurant is located next to Consolidated Theatre in Kapolei. There are tons of parking in this large parking area.
Peak Times:
The peak times are during lunch (12−1pm) and dinner hours (6−7pm) and on the weekends.
Food/​Drinks:
I’ve tried the steak and meatball phở, papaya salad, summer roll, spring roll, Thai tea and Vietnamese iced coffee. I’ve enjoyed it all! You pour the sauce on the papaya salad which was odd to me at first but I’ve got use to it. The coffee is strong.
Takeout:
I’ve ordered takeout a few times and the time frame they give you can be a hit or miss. I ordered food for dinner and they verbally said the wait time is 10 – 15 minute. I showed up 30 minutes later and I still had to wait for my order. However, I ordered food for lunch and it was ready when I got there 15 minutes later.
Price:
Prices are comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Hawaii.
Overall, this is my «go to» phở restaurant in Kapolei!

After water park, we came here for dinner. It’s pretty hard to find here since it looks kinda hidden. But we used gps to get here. It was packed when we entered. the guy standing behind the cashier greeted us and said how many people. I told him 5 and he said it’ll probably take 10 minutes or so wait. We stepped outside to wait because the inside was all pretty tight, no space to sit or stand. After stepping outside there were other groups coming in. Then my friend asked me if he asked for a name, since there’s more group coming in now. But the lady remembers us I guess. So we got seated. The place looks okay, not too dirty.
As soon as we got seated, check in time! We checked in on Unilocal and saw there was a offer. It said a free soda with an order of $ 10 or more or 2 soda for $ 25 order. when we were ready to order our food, we showed the Unilocal offer to the waiter. When my friend showed him it, he said she can’t get it because it’s not $ 10. After we all ordered we realized our total could have gotten us at least 2 sodas. Seriously he didn’t even bother to offer it to us. But whatever!
The lady brought out 2 plates of bean sprout with basil. 4 bowls of phở with such small amount of it. Hmm… sort of greedy. TIme to eat: the soup base was pretty good. Noodles were okay. Definitely not as good as Phở Bistro 2. There was a good amount of beef in the phở but the tendon and briskets were waaaay less.
Pricing was decent. Worth a try I guess.

Good phở joint! Went for a snorkeling trip day and got real sea sick… And was craving some phở… I always feel soup noodles is the way to go when you are feeling sick!
This place was 12 minutes from our beach villa so the drive was easy and short!
We we got here about 3 tables were taken so there was plenty of room! Service was pretty good, place was reasonably clean, and they have free wifi.
If you check into Unilocal,you get a free soda…
They have a good variety of noodles, rice plates, and they have a selection of boba drinks.
I ordered the number 5 (rare steak) BUT ordered the meat separate and raw so I can cook the meat in my broth so it has a better texture and doesn’t get over cooked! Broth was pretty good… Not the best but it was pretty good… My raw steak was bright red and had good texture…
We also ordered the #7 which is the rare steak and meatballs! Was good and the meatballs had great flavor and was so tender and not tough!
We ordered a mango boba drink and it was only average… Tasted slightly artificial and didn’t have the fresh mango taste…
Would come back if we had the time… Out on the 17^th! Aloha!!!

While I haven’t tried every place that serves phở on the island I have come to really enjoy the phở served at Phở & Company. When I need something a little more filling I go with the number 25 — pork chop, Kalbi and a spring roll over rice. If you live on west side of the island I highly recommend Phở & Company.

I’ve eaten phở everywhere I’ve visited because phở is awesome! Who doesn’t love it? When two Unilocal Elites told me about how great Phở & Company is, I had to go and check it out. I usually don’t go out to Kapolei unless it’s for client meetings but I made an exception and journeyed out there… not that it’s far but for Oahu standards, it is a journey. The icing on the cake was that I got the honor to eat with the Duke of Phở & Company for my first experience there.
It’s located next to the theater so there are a lot of parking stalls available. Unfortunately stalls aren’t that wide and it’s in the sun but no biggie because it’s free! When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the casual décor and the wall of regular customers that completed their stamp cards. It’s great for small parties or larger groups. Make sure to check in so that you can get a free soft drink with your order.
Phở here was very good and the price is great! They have 3 sizes which are Medium, Large and Extra Large. I ordered the medium combination with the meat outside. The soup broth was quite flavorful and came out hot! There were generous portions of meat in the bowl which is always nice. I hate it when you finish all the meat and are only left with noodles in the bowl. This was not the case, I literally had a ton of meat left after I finished all the noodles.
I thought the veggies that came out were less than what I’m used to seeing at a Phở restaurant but it was fresh. We had to ask for more veggies and they brought it out relatively quickly. I just found it odd that when they served us, they brought 2 bowls of phở out when we ordered 3. They served another table and only after we flagged down the server, they brought the last bowl out a few minutes later. Aside from that, it was a great first experience and worth the journey.
