I would give zero stars if I could. The store is trash. They have nothing in here I can never get everything I need when I stop here. Unfortunately on the Westside this is the closest location. The next closest is Westheimer passed dairy Ashford. which puts you into a ton of traffic way on the other side of town. The girls that work here know nothing and they are so extremely rude. They have excuses for everything. They know they are the only store on this side of town so they need to get their act together. I wish they would just go away and someone who takes pride in their business would franchise one out here. Where I’m from all the beauty supply stores are corporate and they are amazing. All have knowledgeable staff the stores are clean and they are fully stocked. Houston is very disappointing when it comes to beauty supplies for professionals. Another thing I find ridiculous is they don’t open until nine. Again where I’m from all beauty supplies are open from 9 AM to 6 PM.

I have to agree with Erika. I wish I had more options close to me, bc given the option I would never come here again. Today I needed 5 different items. None of them had price tags. I asked the only person I can find that works there if she knows the price of the items… She literally just says «no» and goes back to what she’s doing. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the lack of costumer service never surprises me anymore sadly.

This mason rd store has very little inventory. The women that work there are rude and not helpful at all. They always mess something up when checking out and you have to go back and ask why you didn’t receive the sale prices. I went in recently and had a really bad experience.
