Unless you absolutely can’t find anyone else in Houston to do your yard design that would be the only way I would do business with this company. The owner does not return phone calls but if you are lucky you will receive an email with a zillion and one excuses that no one was in the office to respond. I purchased a home which CJ’s did $ 28K work eleven months ago. The pump in the fountain does not work properly. Been electrocuted by unplugging trying to reset it. The float appears to get stuck and has flooded the front yard twice. Today I am replacing the transformer with my electrician because a hole the size of a nickel has blown through the back of it and the low voltage lights do not work in front and blows fuses, etc. I have been before today for the last three months trying to get someone there at CJ’s to answer how to reset the transformer and questions about the fountain pump to no avail. CJ’s say they will not transfer the warranty but the timer in the trans
