Intuit Tutoring is an at-home one on one tutoring service in the Houston metropolitan area. We offer tutoring in many different disciplines and subjects. Our highly qualified tutors offer instruction from the comfort of your own home and are available weekdays, weekends, and over the summer.
History
Established in 2012.
We are graduates from Texas Universities, UT Austin and University of Houston who have over eight years experience working in the personal tutor industry. With degrees in Science (BA Biology), Math (BS Mathematics), we began tutoring in college to help fellow classmates, and it eventually led to the inception of Intuit Tutor. Over the years of tutoring hundreds of students, we began to refine and mold our teaching methods to follow a dynamic method. This involved adapting the teaching method to each student when topics or subjects changed. This allowed the students to be able to adapt to new situations and subjects in school and allowed for enhanced learning when they were without the tutor. The goal of Intuit Tutoring is the make the student independently capable, so that test taking and individual learning can be achieved over time.
