I have a friend that brings all his devices here and has said his experience with them has been mostly positive. I’ll also say that he eventually honored price I was quoted, but not before telling me «he wouldn’t fix his moms phone for that price». I came in with a 5c with a broken screen, I was quoted $ 89 and told the guy, it’s okay I’ll try to do it myself. He then asked if he knocked off $ 10, would I do it, I said okay. Give a small business my business and save me the hassle. My first mistake was not leaving with a written estimate/​quote. Didn’t think I needed to with all the positive reviews. Fast forward a week or two later… I come in to pick up the phone, and I’m told it’ll be $ 96 including taxes. Explained to the lady and gentleman (which wasn’t the one who quoted me originally) what happened, he went to the back, called the other guy I’m presuming, and came back with the the comment about not doing it for that price for his mom. Giving them 2 stars for honoring the price, although he had to throw that comment in, and also because there was a gentleman who was there before me who they agreed to do his screens for $ 50 and $ 60. I know that not all screens are the same and some are more difficult than others, but not $ 30 different when he said he could do it in 30 minutes. Repair looks well done, just be careful and make sure you get your quotes in writing, and even try and talk them down in price. They even have a $ 5 off here in Unilocal

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in with an issue regarding my iPhone 5s’ charging capabilities and was out of the store within 20 minutes with what feels like a new phone! It charges perfectly now, whereas it would only charge in very specific spots before. I highly recommend this store location to anyone who desires GREAT customer service and speedy tech work. I AM SO ANGRY WITH THEM!!! I had my screen «repaired» there. I have a moto x. After they replaced the screen I ended up with these weird blue marks behind my screen. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they said they would have to order a new screen and re do it. But they didn’t. Then I noticed my wifi always had poor connection. Even if I stood next to the router. I asked them about it and he said it was probably antennae. It only started acting up AFTER screen repair. I looked it up in forums and it was something that could happen after a screen repair. I went back and said this. He said he’d look it up too and would call me back later that day. 2 days later I called back. He said he only found that i needed to factory reset my phone. I did. Didn’t get fixed. He then said he’d just replace the screen but he’d keep looking to see what he could do. Ok. I called back later to see if he found anything or if he decided to just fix the screen. He said there was nothing he could do. Seriously?! My phone doesn’t work right AND it looks awful and there’s nothing you can do?! Then I called back a few days later because I just couldn’t take it anymore. I wanted him to replace the screen. Every time I called he wasn’t there or he was busy. I left messages. He never called back. I must have called like 5 times over the course of a few weeks. I gave up. I hate them. I don’t recommend them AT ALL.

They are very professional, they know what they do! I went in because my iphone popped out of the frame, and Luis the store manager was super nice and fixed it for free! I would suggest anyone to go there first. Even it is for a simple question, they will answer it and give you the best option :)

Unfortunately, my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen shattered on the pavement. I called several places around Miami from Aventura to Pinecrest looking for a reputable and reliable phone repair business. Thankfully, I came across Dr Phone Fix Kendall through a friend who repaired his iPad at this location. I was in the area so I called ahead to ensure there wasn’t a long wait time. I was in and out in under 40 minutes with a brand new screen and phone case. I highly recommend this business for all your tech repairs. They are VERY reasonably priced and use top quality materials. Definitely check them out!

I was VERY impressed with the professionalism of the technician that fixed my daughter’s phone. He called immediately when he was finished with the repair and the price was what he had quoted initially, there were no hidden charges and no salesman pitch trying to get you to buy something else. I feel very confident with the work that was done, I strongly recommend that you stop by here and ask to speak to Robert. He was amazing! I hope I don’t ever have another incident with my phone, but if I do, I’ll be going here!

They have an excellent service. Luis the owner he gave a personal attention, they are fast on screen change. In my case a iPhone 5s was ready in 20 – 25 min.

Water damaged iphone, store manager Luis was very helpful and professional service was quick and advice was straight forward honest would definitely recommend and use again.

Dr phone fix is amazing! My phone was fixed in only 30 minutes! The price is great and I definitely recommend this to anyone with any phone issues! Also the customer service was great very nice people who want to help you!

Called about 3 places close to me and the people answering the phone were not so nice. Called here and spoke with Robert, super nice and helpful. For there 30 minutes before closing and was out in 20 or less. Cheaper than other places and very helpful and nice staff. Hope I don’t need to go back but would definitely recommend

I give this location 5 stars. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was having trouble with the charging port. The cable would not stay plugged in. I walked in and within 3 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great service.

Fast, affordable, and reliable service! I would definitely recommend this business if you need your phone fixed. They had my phone ready in 30 minutes and I even got a great deal on a phone case too! The staff was also very helpful.

My laptop had an internet problem. I dropped it off and Robert listened to the history. They charge a $ 35 diagnostic fee to fix the problem. If it required more extensive work they will call you before they affect any files and programs or restore the OS.
The computer was fixed within 24 hours with no additional charges. Got it home and the problem was fixed.

So glad I came here! Vanessa greeted me with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. I had several issues; a cracked screen on my iPad 2 and my iPhone 6 Plus was giving me issues. She instantly said my iPad was completely fixable and it took an hour to make it look good as new. She looked at my iPhone 6 Plus, checked it out, and told me that the issue I was having was probably still under warranty and that I should go to the Apple store and have them take care of the problem. She could’ve easily charge me $ 150 to change the display which was the problem. Hands-​down great customer service.

The charging port on my fathers phone was not working. To try to avoid buying a new phone out of contract we brought it to Dr Phone Fix. Vanesa aka «tech mom» took a look at the phone for us and told us that basically it was so dusty that was why the phone was not charging! She was so polite, professional, and honest! This was the best customer service I have ever had in the cell phone industry!

The charging port went bad on my Samsung S4 phone. Of course this happened late at night and when I was already at 10% power. Next day no phone and no phone contact with anyone.
I took my phone to AT&T Service the next day after work but they would have to ship this and do that and no phone for at least a couple of days. They were nice enough to recommend DrPhoneFix, and the guy even called them to check if they had the proper part. I drove to DrPhoneFix as fast as I could, and within ten minutes I walked out with a fixed phone. I was helped by Elier and he was awesome. The funniest part of the whole story, is they are less than five minutes away from where I live. I have seen them before, but I guess it never stuck. Now I know that if I have any issues with my phone help is less than five minutes away.
Awesome service, and I am one happy satisfied customer.
