I’m not one for bashing a small business but this one deserves an award for being not only the worst servicing and repair but worst customer care as well. I repaired a screen Less than a week ago and it had malfunctioned with lines. I went back in to see what they could do.“nothing” could be done on their part and they wanted to charge me more for more knockoff glass and parts. I was livid and I will not be coming back here. I do not recommend anyone who takes their phone seriously to use this company in anyway whatsoever. The shopping center is a wonderful and has a lot of potential however, this company has a lot to improve on.
Shame…1 star for you due to the neglect of concern, quality items, and concern for detail.

Saw this place on groupon and gave it a shot. Took my IPad mini and within 2 days the screen was fixed and looks great! I’m not much of a techie but it functions like normal and the edges appear to be in line. Time will tell how well it holds up.

The IPad is still in excellent condition. No issues that I can speak of***

iPad Air screen replacement: it seemed fine for the 30 seconds that I was being shown what they did and how it’s working; but when I was sitting down and using it back home, I noticed I had to press harder on the screen and the home button felt off.
Another shop told me that they didn’t settle the glass in right and didn’t remove a dent which pushed my home button under the glass, you can also see the glue coming out of the edges.
At the same time I had my iPhone 5S screen and LED screen replaced. A week later my direct camera, flash, and flashlight stopped working. The other shop said they probably cut a ribbon when they were putting it back together.
The warranty is only 7 days, that should have been a red flag from the beginning. Unfortunately I hadn’t checked out their Unilocal.
The other shop I plan on going to is called 305 phone repair on Lincoln Rd in South Beach. I met the technician during an über pool and showed him my items. Thats how I got the feedback

At first, this seems like a good deal for the price. I had been to a couple screen repair places in the last and decided to give this one a try. I previously had an iPhone 5C (the more delicate of the iPhone 5). The very first repair looked great, screen was replaced in a timely manner and they even suggested paying in cash to avoid taxes. Within 1 month the screen was already coming apart. The glue that they use seems to be very low quality. The very next time my phone fell (which was just a mere bump) it cracked. I returned against my better judgement only to pay another $ 55.00 and had the exact same experience. Within a month (less than) it was already coming apart. I’ve done my research with the quality of screen that these places use. They’re all basically the same. They come from China and the quality is well, the same as a «lifeproof» case claiming to do the same thing as the original (and more expensive) ones. I’ve learned my lesson! Next time this happens I will just cough up the $ 150 – 250 (depending on phone model) to replace it at the Apple Store with authentic parts.

This place deserves negative stars. Beware. Do not take your phone here unless you’re getting rid of it within 7 days. Got an iphone6 plus screen here. Looked great. Then it began to unglue from the top and edges. Took it back and instead of doing the right thing and replacing the screen, they simply added some more glue, pressed it a few minutes and told me it was fixed. What kind of warranty is this? Finally a third time this happens and I’m given the run around and they blame it on my phone frame being bent. So they initially room my money and placed a screen on a bent phone anyways? I don’t think so. I phone doesn’t just «bend» as they said it does.
Unacceptable customer service. Then they accused me of false solicitation and asked me to leave. They simply didn’t want customers to hear what was happening. Do not buy the groupon. Do not trust them to really fix your phone. Beware. Spend the same or more on groupon and go to a place that has a better warranty and will back up their work.

I bought a groupon that advertised a repair in 30 minutes. When I got there they told me it was only for iphones and not ipads so mine would take two days. When I told them to have it ready the next day they agreed. I show up exactly at the agreed time the kid tells me «they just finished but the glue needs to dry for a few minutes» I said ok and then he proceeds to feed me a BS story about what a pal he is and how he «put mine at the top of a huge pile so it would be next». The second he said this I knew he had lied and they were fixing it right then. I asked to test it since I did not give them the PW and he came back with the lame excuse that it had clamps on it. It finally came out 30 minutes later. I then had to pay the taxes on the groupon and then taxes on the taxes…

Is it possible to give this mess of a store negative 5? My wife got her cracked screen repaired. Within two weeks, the screen began to detach from the device. Easily the worst work I’ve ever seen on any device. I took it back and because it was past the 7 day warranty– yes 7 day warranty, most likely because they know how shoddy their work is– that they wouldn’t fix it. I wasn’t looking for a
Handout– just wanted them to fix their mistake. But that was too much for them to process. The front desk kid didn’t have a clue, he was a robot. Then the manager came out who had even less of a clue. I then asked for corporates number. He gives me a card– I call and it gets redirected to him. Haha what a joke. He then told me the owner would call me. Didn’t hear a word. I purchased a groupon, so I’ll be calling them. In fact I’ll be calling everyone who can pull up their pants and take some responsibility. I CANNOT emphasize staying far away from this horrible establishment enough. It would literally– no exaggeration — be impossible to find a worse source for your mobile needs. i

Took in my iPhone last week to get a cracked screen fixed and I got my phone back missing a screw an I was told the frame was bent and they couldn’t fit the glass on it. I shouldn’t have accepted it, but I did and the next day I was just placing my phone on a counter and the whole screen cracked again. They were unwilling to help me and wouldn’t do anything for me. I took it to another phone repair place who explained to né the frame was not bent and they fixed it perfectly with ALL the screws.

I purchased a Groupon to fix my iPhone 5 and was told they could fix it in 1 hour via phone. When I arrived the same day they were extremely rude and told me they didn’t have the parts in stock and it would arrive the next day. I explained I drove an hour and confirmed via phone first and they didn’t care. They also said they couldn’t give me a warranty since my phone didn’t turn on and said they didn’t have a wall charger. When I saw they sold wall chargers I asked why not use one of those. Then he mysteriously found the wall charger and charged my phone to verify it was working properly. While I was there another lady came in for her iPad and they also told her it would take 2 days to fix which is not what she was told on the phone so she asked for a refund. They never called me to tell me my phone was fixed but I called 2 days later and they said it was done. Regarding quality I noticed that the home button is sunken in since the glass they use is too thick. I would give service 1 star and repair job was 2.5 stars. My advice is to go with a more reputable store with a more professional staff and pay a few more bucks.

My phone an unfortunate bout with the ground, and decided it was time for a new screen. I headed over here and was pleasantly surprised with great service, a fast repair, and a working phone again! It was fast, convenient, and I would definitely recommend to anyone else whose phone takes the same nose dive mine did!

This place is so convenient! I’ve been here several times to fix my iPhone and always get it done fast and inexpensive! (Emphasize on inexpensive) reccomend to all ! :)
