Established in 1997.
Copeland’s New Orleans– Atlanta was envisioned by New Orlean’s natives Bill Goudey and Glen Helmstetter nearly 15 years ago. With a commitment to serving their hometown cuisine, the two have built a lasting tradition in the heart of Atlanta.

Business Owner
Bill Goudey started his Copeland’s journey working for tips while growing up in New Orleans. Since then Bill has taken the Copeland’s family to Atlanta to carry on the traditional cajun and creole cooking he grew up with and learned to love. You can always find him at the Cumberland or Kennesaw location continuing his passion.
