Business Owner

I am a registered patent attorney. I have worked both for a large, prestigious Am Law Top 30 international law firm (King & Spalding, LLP) and as in-​house patent counsel for two companies, including an information technology early stage company and the world’s leading full-​service patent monetization firm. The entrepreneurial bug bit me and I opened my own intellectual property law boutique.

My scientific, clinical, and research background is uniquely qualified to serve clients in the areas related to medical devices & drug delivery systems, life sciences/​biotechnology, and the pharmaceutical arts as I have a Ph.D. in cell biology (Research emphasis: molecular neurobiology) and will have my medical degree by 2013 in addition to my law degree and United States Patent and Trademark Office («USPTO») registration.

I have a wonderful wife (over 26 years!), 4 fantastic children (ages 6 – 26), and a feisty Jack Russell Terrier.
