I am a registered patent attorney. I have worked both for a large international law firm (King & Spalding) and as in-​house patent counsel for two companies, including an information technology early stage company. The entrepreneurial bug bit me and I now have my own law firm. My practice is focused on providing maximal IP protection and IP portfolio revenue generation for individual inventors, small business, technology start-​up & early stage companies. I am admitted to practice in Georgia state courts, including the Supreme Court of Georgia; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit («CAFC»); and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office («USPTO»).

I specialize in patent law with an emphasis on patent procurement, enforcement, and licensing related to medical devices & drug delivery systems, Life Sciences/​Biotechnology, and the Pharmaceutical Arts.
