History

Established in 1986.

Robinson Heating & Air, Inc. began in the heart of Atlanta in 1986, mainly servicing restaurants and business’ in Little Five Points and Inman Park neighborhoods. As the business grew, we moved to Marietta and started our family and grew our business. We have intentionally stayed small to be able to provide our clients the level of personal service they appreciate. If you call our office you will speak with me, Kim, or Richard. If Richard can walk a customer through a simple repair, he will do it. Nothing generates more ill will than for him to walk into your home or business and flip a tripped breaker and hand you an invoice. The economy has impacted our industry in a huge way. The people that are losing their homes and jobs are our clients. We understand you are on a budget. It is our opinion that we have to help one another out. I try to stay on top of every rebate and offer out there in order to save you money. We grew mainly through word of mouth. That is Yelp!

Meet the Business Owner

Richard R.

Business Owner

Richard was born in Harrisburg, PA. He has lived all over the country. He was drafted into the army near the end of the Vietnam war, where he served as an avionics technician in Mainz, Germany. This proved to be of great benfit to him in this industry. Upon his return home, he started school for Forestry, but soon switched his major to Heating, Air Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration. That is where we met in 1975. You could say there was an immediate attraction! 37 years later, here we are. Richard worked 2 jobs until school was finished and to this day works 6 or 7 days a week. The restaurant business knows how important it is to have properly functioning refrigeration equipment. Spoiled food is costly and dangerous. You will find him most Sunday mornings at Marietta Diner, and he’s not eating breakfast!
