AWFUL… Will not be back. Pretty sure I didn’t have this bald patch when I walked in there. Not the first time they did a terrible job but after a year I decided to try them again because of the convenience but NEVER AGAIN!

Came here today to get my eyebrows done and the lady that did my eyebrows was so rude. First she didn’t say hello and just told me to sit in the chair. When she finished my eyebrows she didn’t even wipe the loose hairs off my face and I had to ask her if she could use some type of cleansing product to wipe off the loose hair. Customer service is everything to me and the customer service here is horrible. I gave her a $ 1 tip but I really didn’t want to give her anything.

They don’t know how to communicate with Americans very well so the customer service sucks. Nevertheless, their work is amazing! I will only go here to get my eyebrows threaded from now on.

I usually go to a place off windy hill in marietta but since I moved to Woodstock I figured I would try this place. Looks like I’ll be making the drive to marietta. The place was clean, staff was nice, but the threading job was sloppy and rushed. She didn’t even pluck the stray hairs or clean up the top of the brow. I’ll have major work to do when I get home. If you’re not particular about your brows then I say try this place for the price, but I won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years. We moved recently but I still visit this threading salon. We used to live 5 mins away but now live 20 minutes away from the salon but I only need to get my eyebrows done every two weeks, so it’s not a big deal. I always have «Sweedy» (sp.?) do my eyebrows. She’s friendly and seems to be the most experienced. Even when there’s a line of ppl waiting, they seem to work very efficiently at taking care of customers.

I’m so glad I finally came here! I had been wanting to get my eyebrows threaded for a while and finally went. It was only $ 10 and it lasted for like 2 minutes. Amazing! It definitely hurts. But way less than getting hot wax ripped off your face, taking a lot more than just hair with it. The ladies were friendly, fast, and amazing! I’m so glad I have eyebrows again :)

I love this place. Always friendly, never a long wait, and they don’t try to strip u of your entire eyebrow. They do a great job and it’s inexpensive.

So simple and easy, hurt a lot less than waxing and took no time at all, worth the $ 10! This was my first time getting threaded and the lady was super helpful and nice during the whole process? I will be getting my eyebrows threaded from now on. I don’t think my eyebrows have ever looked this good. I also enjoy the fact that it wasn’t in the middle of the mall for everyone to walk by and watch.

This place is definitely a nice area to go to. It’s n the mall which is cool. But it’s own space. The lady is super nice. There were 3 women in front of me but I sat played on my phone like normal ppl. It’s quick and can’t say painless but u get use to it. Stop by she is cool an nice. $ 10 for eyebrow threading is worth it. Simple and quick.

I first visited The Arches about three weeks ago to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. The lady at the counter sat me down and discussed how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. She went to work with her thread, and about ten minutes later, I had perfectly shaped eyebrows. I have definitely become a fan of The Arches, and will return to maintain my eyebrows.
