Great food and service from a family owned and operated establishment. Daughter and mother served us and cooked our meal.
From a vegetarian perspective there aren’t many options — but that doesn’t mean they aren’t tasty. Would recommend Arroz con vegetables or Spinach enchiladas.
It’s a great experience. Some have commented that the service has been slow — but one glance at the lengthy hours posted on the door makes it clear that the owners are hard-​working and diligent. Marinating food in love requires time.

Unbelievably good Mexican food! Great friendly service and good prices. I will come again, and again! Support this local family restaurant. The steak fajitas are always great for a first time visit to try them out and they were fabulous!!!

I love this place. Simple yet reliably tasty food, served quickly but is still good quality. I like the rellanos here and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Fresh made salsa that is flavorful adds to the meals. Drink the horchata at your own risk — it is good and will cause you to want another cup.

Ate dinner here worst food ever, 3 of us left 75% of our food on the plate, service wasn’t good, I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you want good Mexican food don’t go here, worst salsa I’ve ever had, if you want good food go to cinco de mayo, or incas, first and last time customer

Excellent service and food! Owners cook and serve… excellent authentic food! I would recommend for lunch and dinner. Typically wait time is very little.

Just tried this place after church with my parents, and it was wonderful. Nice, relaxing environment, great service, and the best Chile Colorado I’ve had yet! They have many options on their menu and am looking forward to going back! Mom had huevos rancheros and dad had menudo, both they said were great.

I thought the food was great, the owners daughter had little personality, but the food made up for it. It is real deal Mexican food and their mole was great. My son got a carne Asada burrito as big as his leg. I only wish I tried their Pozole. We were driving through on our trip to Spokane.

I make this a regular stop while in Kennewick. I get to travel all over the West coast and try a variety of authentic Mexican food. This one is the real deal. Family owned and operated always very friendly. Small beer selection but had one for me and I’m pretty picky. Come here hungry.

What a great find! You could easily drive by this place and never notice it, but you would really be missing out. This is a friendly, family-​run restaurant. And then there is the food. My problem was deciding which yummy item to order. Everything I tried tasted like it came from the kitchen of a Mexican grandma.

AUTHENTIC!!! If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is your place! The corn tortillas are FRESHLY made! Yum!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The food is amazing and the restaurant is well kept. The service was a little slow but overall it was a great experience! I am definitely going to be coming back again.

Just finished eating here with my family. They have amazing fajitas. Are family friendly, we have 5 kids, service was awesome! Will be returning for sure!

Just had lunch here with a few friends. It was rather good. As it’s hard to find good Mexican restaurants in the Tru-​cities, I would recommend eating here.
I had a shredded beef chimichanga. The portion sizes are excellent and you get a basket of chips and salsa with your order. Their tea tastes dusty, can be sweetened with the sugar on the table though.
All in all, delicious food, average service.

Fantastic home made corn tortillas, excellent quick very pleasant owner/​server. Wonderful meal, she spiced up the Camarones al a Crema to add a little heat at my request and it was perfect.
Simple décor, very clean (even the bathroom!) and a convenient location right off Clearwater.
Don’t pass this family run place by!

The best chicken Enchilada Verdes in town and homemade corn tortillas. Super nice service too.

The food was decent, not the best Mexican food I have had, but not the worst. My favorite was the taco… It was very good. The place didn’t have the best ambiance though, and the service was terrible. The servers were very rude. Overall not a terrible experience, but there are better Mexican restaurants.

Wonderful family-​run Mexican restaurant. My wife had a chicken fajita, and I had an enchilada de mole. Both were very good. Washed it down with a Mexican cerveza. We were quite pleased and I expect we’ll be back next time we’re in town. There are a LOT of Mexican restaurants to choose from in the Tri-​Cities, so it’s nice to see one that stands out.

I have not had a bad meal yet. They corn tortillas are made in house and awesome! The mole is excellent and their Shrimp Diablo is outstanding. The woman who works the counter is very nice and welcoming. Great lunch or dinner spot.

Noting favorable reviews on Unilocal for Mi Linda Sierra, I decided to grab dinner here this past Saturday evening. I first checked out that newish Mexican restaurant in the old Ruff’s Burger location on Clearwater, but it was chaos in there, so I left.
At Mi Linda Sierra, I was greeted by a young woman no more than fifteen years old who told me to sit anywhere I liked. Norteña was playing on the sound system at a listenable volume. The restaurant was about half full with customers.
The menu was abundant with lots of appealing options, but I went with my old Mexican standby — ground beef enchiladas with a red sauce. My order was taken promptly and delivered quickly to my table as well. The young woman who greeted me checked on me a couple times to make sure I was happy with my meal, and so did another woman (the owner?).
Well, I was very happy with my meal. The enchilada filling was generous and seasoned perfectly. But even better was the red sauce topping the enchiladas. I don’t know exactly what was in it, but I had to get every last drop of the stuff. Accompanying the enchiladas was a particularly good Mexican rice and refried beans topped with a little cheese.
I was warmly thanked by the owner as I left. Mi Linda Sierra is a keeper!

The Nachos as an appetizer was very good, everything else was just bad! My wife got a water and couldn’t drink it as it tasted so bad as unfiltered city water will. Is it that hard to buy a couple Brita filters for a restaurant? WE both had the Taco salads in the tortilla bowl. The lettuce in mine was like it was soaking in water for hours before they put it in that bowl. It was so soggy and limp and the bowl ended up with about ½ inch of water in the bottom. I punched a hold in the bottom and it started draining out and covered the bottom of my plate.
They did come to our table and ask us how everything was. I never know what to say in these situations. Do I tell them the food sucks and I can’t eat it, or do I just keep it to myself and never come back? I hope they read Unilocal and check on their reviews from time to time. Maybe they will learn that a Taco salad doesn’t need extra water.
