My new top spot in town. I come here for all my phở and pad Thai needs. Other places are good but this covers all my needs. I have the most check ins here on Unilocal so that should tell you something.

I ordered 3 bubble tea to go & the lady charged me $ 19.39. One bubble tea is $ 4.50. Am I doing the math wrong here or???

After moving from Seattle and wanting really good Phở, we found a great place. The broth is very tasty! You have to come & try out their phở! It’s phenomenal!

clean place and friendly host. Had phở and wasn’t disappointed. The broth had a sort of chicken hint to it. Chili past is hot but tasty.

Growing up in LA, I’ve been to multiple Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. Since moving to the Tri-Cities, I have searched for both types of restaurants with the same delicious taste and I have found it here! It is the best of both worlds!

Could have had more meat in the phở, but everything was delicious. Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee were thick and sweet, and there wasn’t anyone else there so my party was served quickly and courteously.

Love the flavor! And they serve their Phở piping hot, which I cannot say for some of the Phở restaurants in Tri-Cities!

Best phở in the tri cities by far. The most flavorful phở and nobody else even comes close. Appetizers are perfectly cooked and prepared. Always come back!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in eastern washington. The phở is exceptional. I have no idea what Ashley T. is saying! I was bragging about this place and its great reviews when I saw Ashley’s. I am not a person who likes to write reviews but was compelled after that review. Besides the great food, the service is also the best. I eat there every chance I get because it’s the kind phở that tastes great but doesn’t weigh you down. Again Phở Lao rules!!! $

You know that feeling when you’re so unhappy with your meal you just want to pull out your phone and start reviewing it? Well, I had that rare moment. I ordered the 10 dollar«combo» phở and was given the most over-priced, sad-looking soup. It was supposed to be have steak, brisket, meatballs, tripe and tendons, the usual. Well, what I got was ONE meatball cut into quarters. Yup, you read that correctly. QUARTERS. I think I got about 3 tiny pieces of steak in the size of a quarter, not even a half dollar coin. As for the brisket, two shrunken pieces. Two pieces of tripe. I think I see a pattern. Take a look at my picture. The broth was very boring and bland. No rich, meaty undertone flavor which tells me it wasn’t simmered for very long. No hint of star anise flavor either. Overall, it was not enjoyable. I will not be back. P. S. If you want to see if reviews are legit, just look at the Unilocalers who are giving 5 stars and see how many reviews they’ve written in the past. If it’s fewer than 10 reviews and they usually have 0 friends and/or no pics/info, the Unilocaler is a fraud and/or a friend/staff of this business. Just being honest.

Just tried this place for the first time last week and have been back twice already since then. Amazing phở and the owner, Noy, is super friendly and awesome. Already wanna go back again for some more. It’s all about the beef brisket and meat ball phở. Great tasting broth. Love it!

I love phở. Very quick to go. Wish they had a deeper flavored broth with more meat. Needs more spice/heat also. I understand the low heat level though. Giving it a 3 even though it is my favorite one in Kennewick.

Great food, great people! Greeted by Noi at the front and I ordered the Pad Thai with side of rice and a Thai iced tea for a drink. Everything was delicious! I heard the phở was good so probably will try that next. Try this place out, nice varieties of Asian dishes.

Definitely the best phở in Tri Cities. I love phở and boy is it hard to find a good place in Tri Cities! The broth is amazing.

I’ve came in many times with groups or with just my husband and they are always polite! I can eat comfortably in such a clean place and the phở is the best in town. I’ve added veggies to my chicken phở for a great hearty flavor but the beef phở is perfect as is! They have even gone out of their way to mix bubble tea flavors for a customizable drink.

The location kinda set off the beaten path but no problem. The meal I had was during lunch. The restaurant was pretty busy. Good sign for new restaurant. I ordered 5 star spicy that came out like a 1 an a half star. Complements to the chef– very tasty though . I just happened to like molten lava seasonings added to my Thai food. Me personally I felt the portion was anemic. Maybe like — «kids portion». I not like a big eater, but when I got back to the office I had to eat some of my staffs pizza party to take the edge off my hunger. Real shame to have such a fresh meal with great ingredients and presentation and to miss on the star rating and kids size portion.

Decent little restaurant! Atmosphere: Very clean. Service: super fast. Received our app in less than 5 minutes and entrees in less than 10. Price: Comparable to other Phở/Thai in town. $ 8.95 per entrée unless you want seafood. Food: I got the pad thai. It was really good. Probably the best I’ve had in the Tri Cities. My husband got the Phở. It was ok. Honestly there is better in town so we probably won’t be back if were in the mood for Phở. I want to go back and try the green curry. It will probably determine how many times I come back since I have places I like closer to where I live. This is definitely a good option for anyone in Kennewick though.

For the first time I am very disappointed in Unilocal reviews. This place was awful! Super small and«sterile» looking. The women who runs it was all over me I couldn’t turn a page without being asked if I was ready or what I want. They don’t list chicken or seafood on the menu. and the seafood phở has squid one shrimp and two scallops. What?! We had to ask for the sauces to spice our phở and she says she hides them because people use too much. Again. What?!! Awful.

Friendly owner and good food. I really hope they make it work at this location. I enjoyed my curry a lot, nice subtle mix of flavors and not overpoweringly sweet. My wife’s phở was nice as well. Recommended.
