Joe is rude and gave poor customer service. He didn’t deliver on what I asked of him originally and when I asked him to modify it to what I asked for, he charged me twice and scolded me. I still didn’t receive what I asked for though I gave him a clear example with a photo. Do not spend your money here, he isn’t a good barber.

Best salon in Downtown Kent! I got the exactly what I wanted without having to over explain. April gave me the perfect cut! With wash, cut, dry and style I was in and out in an hour! Will definitely be back– best cut I’ve gotten in a long time, thank you!

The owner Joe has blessed hands. I left the state for a month & had to let other barbers that couldn’t compare do my lineup. Best barber in the state without a doubt! Beeb ain’t too far behind with his skills & the 3 lady’s that do hair for the females are about their business as well. It’s an all star team up in there Joe put together. Definitely worth checking out, you won’t be disappointed.

The owners are a married team… barber chairs on one side. salon chairs on the other… casual and entertaining. the barber chairs are full of interesting conversation… which makes the salon side a little window into the male world. which not surprisingly revolves around sports.
I have had the owner doing my «do» for a few years now and it is friendly and a good value. She takes care to really listen to clients on their cut and color needs and has always gone above and beyond to fit me in when a rare time I have a hair emergency.
Great team, great service and some of the nicest owners and customers you will ever meet.
