Green Dog is a unique grooming shop because we focus on a more eco friendly way of business.

Our Espree brand shampoos and re-​moisturizers are made with natural and bio degradable ingredients.

Our dog treats are wheat and corn free with no preservatives and produced locally in the United States. They contain human grade rye flour, oatmeal and honey.

Our Aussie Naturals brand dog toys are made of 100% natural and sustainable materials — like jute, cotton and leather.

We try hard to do our part and make your decision to lead a cleaner, greener lifestyle for you and your dog that much easier!

Don’t bring your dogs here. It’s under new management, Jamie no longer runs it. They are becoming like Petsmart or Petco grooming salon. Jamie would have 4 – 5 dogs a day, now they are taking 4 – 5 dogs an hour. The personal service is gone. They wear smocks. They don’t listen. I been taking my dog here close to two years, they cut her ponytail off on her head when I asked them not too. My dog is people friendly. Loves kids& adults, she will pull her leash to get to people to greet them but here at green dog grooming she has displayed anxiety& aggressive behavior with them recently. Their customer service is in the toilet. I will not be bring my dog back even though it’s close to my house. All my friends that has dogs that I had originally recommended green dog grooming, I will tell them to forget it and go somewhere else. I use to describe this place as a spa for dogs, no longer.

We love Green Dog Grooming! Our Papillon, Baxter, used to hate going to the groomer before we started bringing him here. Jessica always does a great job with him and he comes home looking (and smelling) fabulous. We are so glad we found this place! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I needed a good grooming my fur was a mess. My owners are wonderful people most the time but I must say when it comes to grooming the only word for how bad they let it get is neglect. I found this place on Unilocal and liked that they use green products my soft gold fur only deserves the best. Upon arriving the service was great the groomer there treated me like the royalty I am and gave me a wonderful bath. My fur now glistens like the gold it is. Thank you Green dog groomer I appreciate it!

So happy to find a nice little grooming place near my work for my pup. It’s great to be able to bring her nearby and know that they actually care about her and her well-​being.
The people who work there are really nice and took the time to make sure my girl was comfortable (or, as comfortable as she’ll get at a groomer) before taking her back to get groomed.
Minus one star, for now, because (sorry, this is about to be TMI), they weren’t able to do my dog’s anal glands. Which meant I had to spend more to take her to the vet afterwards. And if I have to go to a vet for anal glands, I’d rather do it before grooming, so she can be cleaned up afterwards. Anyway, I’m hoping it won’t be an issue again, but it was kind of a bummer. (And, if it was a bummer for me, just think of the bummer it was for my dog who had to have her anal glands manipulated at the groomer and at the vet!!)

I give two stars because they do incredible work — our little Stanley leaves looking like the stud-​muffin he is! The only problem I have with this shop is the delays. I’ve only taken Stanley there twice and both times it took a lot longer than it should have. This past Saturday I took him in at 2PM. What should have taken 45 minutes to an hour took over 2 ½ hours. This caused me to completely miss my friends retirement party and messed up all my afternoon plans. If you have a tight schedule and don’t have time to wait an additional hour or two beyond the normal grooming time, go elsewhere. If

Jaimie and Bree are the best! They took such great care of my two chihuahuas. I normally go to a groomer in Seattle, but I’m in Kent for a few weeks. They were kind enough to squeeze us in on short notice.
My long-​haired chihuahua got a very handsome haircut! The products they use smell very nice and it’s s bonus that they are earth friendly! I’ll definitely be back!

Jamie is a great groomer! She does an excellent job with my Maltese. Exactly what I like. Location is convenient. She’s usually done within an hour or two. Highly recommended.

We’ve been taking our two dogs here the last few times they needed nail trims and Jamie is awesome! She does a great job keeping the dogs calm and quickly getting the job done. When we used to take them to petsmart my one dog in particular would get so freaked out they would have to strap her in so she couldn’t get away and it took about 30 minutes for them to finish. With green dog grooming it takes like 5 minutes and she gets a treat afterwards. :)

After a bad experience at one of the large chain stores, I asked for advice at Mud Bay Granary nearby. They recommended Green Dog Grooming and I made an appointment for my shih tzu for a grooming. My dog can be a little difficult when it comes to grooming her facial area, but Jamie took her time and did a great job. My dog gets very excited when we take her there now and Jamie runs a great business. Highly recommend Green Dog Grooming!

Such a darlin’ place! We recently moved up from Texas and were looking for a good place to take our chihuahua and boston terrier for their baths. This place and Jamie exceeds expectations! Jamie is so warm and welcoming and you can tell she loves being able to help the pups feel right at home. I love that they don’t have to stay all day like other places. We even found the cutest shirt for our boston there. I highly recommend Green Dog Grooming! Jamie is wonderful and I just can’t say enough about her! Thank you Jamie!

I LOVE Green Dog Grooming! Jamie is so nice. She does an amazing job. Her shop is very cute, small but clean and tidy. One day my friend and I had our appointments wrong (we were a week early). We had nail appointments thinking it would be a nice relaxing afternoon while the dogs were groomed. Jamie noticed that we were bummed and offered to board our pets while we had our nails done, even though she had a full schedule. Just so nice! Plus my dog always comes away looking super cute and happy. My dog has sensitive skin and Jamie has products that wont irritate.

Glad I was referred to Jamie at Green Dog Grooming by my local pet store. Her store is easy to find, parking is good and her shop is super cute! Jamie was very receptive to my needs and customized my dog’s haircut to make it perfect for him. I appreciated her offering me suggestions for his weekly bath at home, plus her awesome treatment of my doggy while he was in her shop. She has a nice selection of doggy accessories and I like that she uses paragon-​free shampoo. I am a fan!

I really love this shop. Been taking my mixed breed puppy there for about 5 months. Jamie was very helpful the first time with him because he is so timid and scared. She took her time to keep him less frightened. Fast appointment, your dog does not have to be there for 4 hours. She does a fantastic job and is helpful recommending products to keep him looking his best in between visits. This is a great grooming business to take your dog to.

I’ve been taking my dog to Petsmart groomers for the past 8 – 9 years.
After receiving a referral from my vet for Jamie! I am so thrilled and happy to say that we found thee best groomer! She was welcoming and very nice. I didnt feel rushed out of there. Her salon is located in downtown Kent and her shop is really cute and cozy. You dont see pet hair flying around all over the place~ and its very clean. I dropped off my dog at 1130 and she was done by one. Jamie even gave a courtesy call around 12 to let me know that my dog was going to take a little longer than an hour because of little matts here and there. Either way I was very pleased that she was done by 1pm. No more waiting 5 – 6 hours for my dog to finish at the salon. And my dog looked soo cute, clean, and happy! We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you again Jamie! Sadie will be back!

I was looking for a regular groomer for my little mixed breed dog, and came across Green Dog Grooming here on Unilocal.I called in and inquired about when the next appointment was available, and was immediately booked for the the next week. I didn’t even need to bring in any documents because they took it upon themselves to call in at my local pet clinic to confirm my dog’s vaccination records. Anyway, their service is excellent and the price is very reasonable, I would definitely recommend this groomer to my friends.

I was looking for a reasonably priced groomer with excellent service and a great cut for our Carin terrier and have finally found it at Green Dog Grooming! Jamie was warm and welcoming to my nervous and hyper dog and was able to calm her, make great recommendations on what cut to give her (we’ve experienced awful cuts in the past), and executed it well and she was done faster than I thought she would be. Our dog loved the natural treat she got when she was finished too. I highly recommend Green Dog Grooming and will be back!
