In 1987 Mr. Martin started his career with The Legal Aid Society for The City of New York, Criminal Defense Division. in 1990 he decided to open his own private practice where he transition over to Divorce and Family Law.
Mr. Martin has offices in Nassau County and Queens County.

My name is David L. Martin, Esq. and I am a Divorce/Family/Criminal Law attorney. I have been in practice for 27 years. I have offices in both Mineola and Kew Gardens. My Mineola office is right behind the Nassau County Matrimonial Court, and my Queens office is across the street from the Queens County Criminal Court, which is located on Queens Blvd. I practice in the Courts in the 5 boroughs of the City of New York, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
