Precision landscaping has been doing my yard for two years. Even when I am deployed, I can count on them to do a good job. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Precision Landscaping installed a sprinkler system in our new home because they worked with our contractor (we didn’t pick them). One of the sprinklers was spraying directly at our window, we called to have them adjust it, 2 weeks later we had to call our contractor to get the Precision guys to come out. It took them 2.5 weeks to come out for a 2 minute adjustment.
Fast forward to 1 year later we had 7 trees we wanted to plant. I called them for a quote. $ 30/​tree. Not bad and they knew where the sprinkler system was so we told them we wanted them to come out. They ignored my text/​phone call for 1 week, texted 1 week later saying to «give them 1 – 2 days, they would have the trees installed» 1 week later I still haven’t heard from them. Again waiting 2.5 weeks for them to do a job.
I’m not saying that they don’t do good work, our sprinkler system is fine and works, I’m saying that they probably won’t get back to you in a timely manner and that is FRUSTRATING! Thankfully we found another company and our trees look beautiful. I’m not sure if they are so busy that they don’t have time for mediocre jobs but all they had to do was call, explain they were busy and put me on the books. They didn’t and for that reason I would NOT use them again.
