His thourough history taking and assessment processes along with careful and compassionate listening skills allow him to weave together key elements of his patients presenting health problems in an empowering way.

He is a General Practice Naturopathic Physician trained at Bastyr University. He sees adults and teenagers in his practice.

Over the course of his career in naturopathic medicine, Dr. Rinde has developed a great feel and specialty for addressing digestive problems, issues with musculoskelatal and chronic pain, and health imbalances due to stress.

History

Established in 2007.

After completing a prestigious residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, Dr. Rinde launched Sound Integrative Health. The clinic partners with our patients in an humane and empowering way in effort to accomplish a lifespan of good health and wellness. The clinic has gratefully had a stable presence on the Seattle East side for more then 8 Years.

Dr. Rinde is Bastyr University trained Naturopathic Physician practicing in the Seattle-​area. His practice is a general practice with additional emphasis on digestive health, mental health, and musculoskeletal health. He also is geared toward working with patients that are dealing with puzzling conditions. He sees women, men, adolescents, and teens from all backgrounds. The practice is based in Kirkland, Washington just off the 405.

Dr. Rinde completed his training from Bastyr University in 2006 and then entered an intensive residency program through the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle. While at Bastyr University he completed specialty integrative rotations in rheumatology, physiatry, and endocrinology exposing him first hand to the integration of western and naturopathic medicine. Dr. Rinde’s own personal experience with integrative and naturopathic medicine has been invaluable in shaping his approach to helping his patients.
