I specialize in treating pain and injuries including headaches, arthritis, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, knee pain and pain resulting from accidents and sports injuries. Other areas of specialty include treating allergies, emotional issues, digestive problems, hemorrhoids and PMS/​menopause/​menstrual cramps.

I graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM in 2002 and have been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine here in the Pacific Northwest since 2012. I absolutely love acupuncture and believe it to be one of the most powerful and profound medicines around.

Currently I take most insurance including Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, Cigna, United and Group Health PPO.

Deborah is not only an amazing human, but the most genuine healer. Her style of treatment is aggressive and effective. I have seen her for several different situations, from muscle and joint pain to internal health issues. I am always grateful and amazed at how good I feel. Her intuition and knowledge combined is rare. Her acupuncture treatment is a true healing art!

Well, I was back to see Deborah again after an SUV driver decided to make a sudden right hand turn from the bike lane. I was riding home from work doing about 28 MPH and just couldn’t stop in time. I ended up going through the back window. I was pretty banged up, with the worst of it being a bad concussion and a broken pelvis. I was getting bad headaches, which went away after Deborah did several acupuncture treatments. My neck was really sore and stiff. Deborah took care of that with three treatments. She suggested a homeopathic (Arnica) that was amazing for pain relief and resulted in me not getting one bruise. She also had me take a bone growth supplement that must work because the orthopedic surgeon I’m seeing was really impressed with the bone growth he saw on my latest x-​ray. I was walking without crutches after six weeks and will be going for a bike ride at seven weeks.

Ok… Not a fan of needles…
That said, I am now a fan of acupuncture. For any nay sayers out there… Just try it. It is relaxing and stimulating at the same time.
