I love Ragamoffyn’s! I have shopped there for over 20 years. Gisela, the owner, has a strong sense of style. She is always willing to say what she thinks with honesty and sincerity of anything I try on and ask about. I always allow enough time and go willing to try things on. And I walk away with fun pieces that last me. I drive from Kent just to go there. It is worth it!

I’ve been a consignment shopper for two decades. Ragamoffyn’s is by far my favorite, including many I’ve frequented in New York and Los Angeles. I bought my first Jimmy Choo and Prada handbags here and it’s the first place I look for any high end designer brands. Their prices are phenomenal for the quality and level of brands they carry and they don’t tolerate ANY counterfeits. They’re never rude and I prefer not being bothered when I’m looking around a store. I think many people expect for store clerks to be like their dog… running up to greet them all excited. If you require that kind of affection and attention from strangers working in stores, then you’re going to miss out on some of the greatest finds in many places.

Good brands, snooty service.
High end brands names you will recognize and all the items are in excellent condition.
A great place to shop for women’s bags — the selection ranges from wallets to large bags.
The store is highly organized and there are always a sale section in the back.
Customer service is a bit snooty and the owner will often remark if I look I came from the gym or ask people to put coffee drinks down outside!*
(* At least you can be sure the store it clean!)

Great spot to «treasure hunt» as I call it! Designer gently used or new items available at great prices. Always an adventure when you go looking to see what’s new! Clothes shoes and accessories! Worth dealing with the construction going on around it!!!

Ragamoffyn’s is one of the best consignment shops in the country! Their selection is terrific and the back room sales are unmatched! I have always had terrific service from the staff and owner. They are friendly and helpful but don’t hover. Most days I am wearing something that I found in this terrific shop. I always recommend it and I’ve brought friends and family. I cannot say how many times I’ve been complimented on something and I tell them I got it at Ragamoffyn’s. If you are attracted to a designer item in a store or on line-​check this place out before paying full price!

I’ve brought clothing in to be sold at other consignment stores in Seattle and in Kirkland, but compared to Ragamoffyn’s none of the others 1) treated me as kindly, 2) sold as much, 3) was as efficient in documenting and retrieving clothing sales. The ladies here are terrific in every way. Now that my consigned clothes have sold I am anxious to buy more at your store — thanks, you’re the greatest!

I’m a lover of consignment shops, so it’s a bit of a surprise that I’ve managed to walk by this one so many times. It’s amazing! The staff and owner are super friendly and you feel right at home when you walk in.
The selection is incredible and very well curated: Eileen Fisher, Escada, Tori Burch, Prada, you name it. I love the way it’s organized, and not with the cluttered feel these places often have — everything is very open and bright.
Don’t miss the back room! Everything is half off and you can score some incredible deals — I found three pieces there, one new with tags.
The clerk was so helpful, getting me a dressing room, holding items at the front counter as I found them, and when I found a shirt that was almost right — but not quite — she knew just where the perfect one was, and brought it out, and was it was spot on.

I very seldom leave a negative review on a business. I am the type of person to leave a positive review and chalk a negative experience up to «we all have a bad day». This is my second visit to this store and both times I did not feel welcome. I was not greeted. I went in at lunch time and one employee was sitting in front of the cash wrap eating her lunch; in a boutique clothing store? The other employee who did not say a word to me proceeded to vacuum the store while I wandered around. I will not be returning to this store.

I have been a regular customer here for over five years and have always found exceptional designer clothing that is timeless (some of my finds were brand new yet a fraction of the simultaneous cost at a retailer). It is a true treasure hunt! The back sale room is great and the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful yet give me my space to «power shop» when I am short on time. They are equally nice whether I haven’t dropped in for a few months, make a small purchase, or the occasional large one. The store also offers very reasonably priced everyday wear so it is a great mix!

I have consigned with Ragamoffyns several times and have found them to be very accomodating and willing to look at what i bring in. I recently took quite a lot of items in not knowing if they would take a look and they were very helpful and willing to take the time to look and take what they thought would sell at their shop.
Giselle was very warm to me and i find her store to be a great spot to find real treasures. I also like to shop and browse without sales people on me. If i have a question they have answered it. They are not over the top sweet but i dont need that.
They have been in business for awhile, they must be doing something right.

Easily one of the best, if not the best, consignment shops in the Puget Sound area. Most consignment shops advertise themselves as selling «designer» merchandise but carry mostly Gap and Ann Taylor with maybe a small true designer section. Ragamoffyn’s actually sells designer clothes. I spotted a vintage Missoni red silk dress and a jewel-​blue Burberry quilted jacket, and those were not even in their highest-​end section. The majority of the clothes are in like-​new condition, made from high-​quality fabrics and materials, and are masterfully constructed.
Are the clothes expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely. Paying $ 50-​$ 100 for a like-​new designer piece that is beautifully made and will last you for years is a STEAL.
In terms of service, the attendants did not initiate contact with me, but when I had questions and struck up a conversation with them, they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I think the demeanor has less to do with their being snobby and unhelpful than it has to do with a very typical Pacific Northwest aloofness that I have seen in a lot of shops. I’ve learned to not be fazed by it.

I understand that now you are being called out on Unilocal,you have to try and do damage control. I consigned my boots back in 2009 I think — so no, you wouldn’t have any recent records.
I stand by my multiple experiences — of being treated snootily when I came into shop, and then shamefully when I came in to consign. I know several other women who feel exactly the same way.

In an area saturated with consignment shops– this one is the winner. Not only for having the best selection– but for having the best service.
No one wants to be treated like crap because they are selling or buying used clothes.
This bussiness is very classy and is the only place I will now consign. Perhaps the staff has changed– previous reviews seem very harsh. I have to say that I wonder if they are confusing this with «champagne taste» across the stree.

It’s true, many of the things in this shop are overpriced. Good news? Head on to the back where everything is half off and you might some real gems there. Occasionally I’ve scored up front also but that requires a fair amount of patience since 99% of the items are supremely expensive. Customer service can be hit and miss. Depending on the traffic the owner may or may not ignore me completely but she is never mean and relatively accommodating if I ask for anything.
In conclusion, don’t walk into this shop expecting to be pampered, head on to the back to see better deals but if you have time, scour the whole shop.

it’s amazing that i grew up in the area and never noticed this little gem! walked in because i love consignment shops, especially ones with higher end designers products. first thing i saw was a pair of prada heels. the woman inside (sorry, don’t know either of your names…) at the time suggested i try them on a little further in the store because it might beep if i stayed too close to the sensor. i asked her about their other shoes and she pointed out all the shoes for me. when i’m in a consignment shop i like to take my time and look at most of the stuff there. i appreciated not being bothered as i browsed through their merchandise. when it came time to pay for my items, the other woman was very friendly. i didn’t have to wait for any chitchatting to end to get service.
not sure how it was for the other people that had such a negative experience based on age but my experience there was fine. for light used louboutins and pradas the prices were pretty good =)

I wish I could say that the reviews regarding the service were untrue, however I disagree about the pricing. I find great things here and they are deeply discounted, but you do need to know what your looking for and be able to bear the rude looks. Although I do believe in not supporting poor customer service, in this case the benefit has out weighed the cost. But if your expecting the red carpet to be rolled out, go somewhere else.

My daughter and I stop in here quite often.
The owner and assistants are a lot of fun to chat with and help you with whatever you are looking at in the shop.
Sometimes we don’t purchase anything, and still have a great time.
When we do buy items, they are well priced and very chic.
All in all a fun intimate boutique.

Poor customer service. If you plan on shopping here better walk in with expensive clothes, jewelry, and handbag (and be over the age of 35… cause apparently people in their 20’s money is not good there– this place suffers from age discrimination). They will completely ignore you (or like with me, talk down to you) if you don’t fit that criteria. I stood at the counter as the young saleswoman gossiped with a customer and played with a pen. They talked for 10mins before the salewoman finally made eye contact with me and said «yes?». It’s rare i’ve been treated like this!
I am a collector of premium designer handbags, its a bad obsession. Normally I buy new or on eBay, but I checked out Ragamoffyns one morning and I really can not believe how OVER PRICED their handbags are! They consign your bag, and you get 50% of what its sold for. One bag was $ 600, worth $ 560…so the purse owner would receive $ 300? Really ridiculous. I feel bad for people who consign here.
They also mis-​quote prices, when something is marked a certain price thats what the customer should pay.
Save your money! Shop other places! These women think they are above everyone, I’d be treated better walking into Louis Vuitton in sweats than here.

This is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. The owner is surly and unaccomodating as if she is doing you a favor by allowing you in her store. Forget about bringing clothes here because they think that they know every fashion trend and can judge your clothes. Also, unless it is a mass marketed designer, they have never heard of them. I would never step foot in there again!
