My refi presented a HUGE challenge as I am self-​employed. Have been trying to refi for years now and have never been successful. Until now that is. Diana started working it and just kept at it until she found a lender that would work with me. I am saving almost 2k a month over my previous mortgage and I am thrilled. She made an otherwise huge hassle at least a bit better and I felt like she had my back every step. Would definitely recommend her and will work with her again if/​when the time comes.

My husband and I were buying our first home, and we had a LOT of questions. Not only did Diana answer all of our questions, but she made the time to get on the phone with me and walk me through every portion of every document she was having me sign and return to her. She was incredibly efficient and very responsive – I often got emails from her after normal business hours because she knew that I was a little anxious about making sure I did everything right during the buying process and didn’t want me to worry overnight. She really went above and beyond – she helped us get the lowest interest rate possible and gave us great advice along the way. When the purchase was complete, she still checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and tracked down answers to a couple other questions we had. She even came over and brought us a house-​warming gift.
Diana made us feel so comfortable with the buying process, and I’ve been recommending her to anyone and everyone that mentions they’re looking into buying a home. Hopefully, we won’t be buying another home for quite some time, but I know that we will be contacting Diana when we do.
